His lawyers said he would probably be busy tending to patients and would not attend the hearing.Murray is accused of giving Jackson a lethal dose of the powerful anesthetic propofol and other sedatives. His trial is scheduled for March 28.

Thanks for the info. Love how they mentioned that he would be seeing patients... ie still practicing in case anyone thought his license was suspended or something. lol.
