Are you starting to see the "big picture" yet?  Everything is falling into place just as it should...
The truth will prevail.

"The Federal Bureau of Investigation will release 333 pages of Michael Jackson's formerly-classified file on Monday morning. Can we interest you in a little light reading?

The documents will relate to his 1993 and 2004 child molestation cases -- as well as any case Michael Jackson was the victim of ... including threats and extortion attempts. Nothing about Dr. Conrad Murray or Michael's death will be in the files.

Our guess -- the extortion attempts will be the most interesting."

Just to point out the "Michael was victim" and "Michael" without "Jackson" - as if they are not only turning 180° in their perception and restoring Michael's honor but have become close friends.

The FBI did a similar thing back in October concerning files involving Anna Nicole Smith and a possible plot to kill the son of her 89-year-old husband, J. Howard Marshall II.]

Thanks for putting in the request and sharing the feedback. I look forward to reading the lengthy file.

I had to smile at the first sentence of your post..." OK , I got a call from the FBI earlier this evening". I would have frozen in my tracks when someone on the other end of a phone said that he/she was with the FBI.

OK, I got a call from the FBI earlier this evening. Was on my way out the door so didn't have time to post at the time. But here's the info. Instead of having to write and request the files, and pay for the printing costs of the files, the FBI (by way of the Freedom of Information Act) is making the files available online sometime on December 22nd. Once they are up, you can download them, print them, save them. Here's what to do so you'll know, if you want to grab them once they're available.

Go to the FBI website at http://www.FBI.gov

Scroll down to the very bottom and click on the small text link that reads, Freedom of Information Act/Privacy.

On the next page, in the column on the right side, click on the link Hot Topics.

I assume the file link(s) will appear at the top of the Hot Topics page.

Hopefully their servers can handle the traffic that day! I'm just guessing here, but I imagine there was a lot of interest in those files, or else why would they bother posting them? They'd have to do a lot of printing, considering the files total nearly 600 pages, so they probably just don't want to bother. I really don't think there will be too much interesting in them (there sure wasn't in Elvis'). But hey, you never know, right? So it doesn't hurt to have a look and see.

First time here.  I hope these files will finally exonerate Michael and everyone will know that it was all about the $$$$$$.

One thing I find strange though, not sure if it has been mentioned yet.  On the Jackson Family show there was a scene where Marlon was wearing a FBI cap.  I thought then that was a strange cap to wear.  Now MJ's files are being released by the FBI.  A coincidence?  Clue?

If you are confused, see Souza & Mo's "Michael Jackson's wake up call" post:
viewtopic.php?f=18&t=1634

TMZ are a bit behind here because the article in the examiner regarding Michaels FBI files was released earlier. Hence the reason for my concern here. It did not mention specifically that the files would only relate to the molestation cases as well as extortion attempts.TMZ only released that recently and since they are behind in the news, how do they know exactly what the FBI are releasing?

I didn't think that anything regarding the 1993 molestation accusations could be released due to confidentiality clauses, or anything regarding children that are minors for that matter.  I think people are aware it wouldn't mention anything to do with this "supposed" ongoing investigation and Murray.

I'm not confused and I although I respect Souza & Mo's opinion regarding the "Wake up Call", I do not agree with it. I have and still do believe Michael did hoax his death for serious and legitmate reason.

FBI are about investigating Federal Crimes, not restoring someones honour.

I noticed that hat too along with the shirts worn by other brothers that bore the country names of Bahrain and Ireland. The FBI hat was odd since that is not one that is regularly worn by everyday people.

The  mystery continues...

EXACTLY.  I agree with you--I think it is for serious reasons,  too.  However, it is accomplishing BOTH.  When the truth is exposed, it WILL restore Michael's honor.  I don't see the issues being mutually exclusive.  I believe this is playing out to achieve many different angles and objectives.  There was no doubt a conspiracy, and when this all comes out, I think this is where the awakening, learning, (and hopefully change) begins, that Souza & Mo refer to.

It seems that we, and others, have already gotten a head's start on the lesson...and the mission.

I thought something like, this thing can be to vindicate Michael and let everyone know that he was innocent about child molestation just before his comeback  :D To prepare everyone for his comeback, step 1  :D

And it's getting clear to me that he's in the witness protection program and it is something serious that FBI in on it too. It can be about illuminati. That's what I feel  :?

Jackson died on June 25,2009 in Los Angeles County, and was pronounced dead at UCLA Medical Center.

Law enforcement agents have been investigating allegations that the Jackson had been consuming painkillers, sedatives and antidepressants that may have contributed to his death at age 50. Law enforcement agencies including the federal Drug Enforcement Administration and California Attorney General Jerry Brown are helping Los Angeles police officers investigate the possible involvement of prescription drugs in Jackson's death.

Actually this part made me feel terrible. FBI is in this whole hoax thing so it means that

1-He's dead
2-He's in the witness protection program

But why did they give so many details like who is helping the LAPD etc.. I don't know but I can say that I'm NOT happy with this

DontBelieveTheHype, I'm not sure what is confusing you, but here is a simple summary of the entire situation.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is also called the FBI for short. It's a law enforcement agency in the United States that can investigate certain types of crimes all over the country. When people, including celebrities, are (1) accused of a crime or (2) become the victim of a crime that the FBI investigates, the FBI begins a file in that person's name.

The file includes documents about the FBI's investigation. If there's more than one investigation involving the same person, all of the documents go in the same file, no matter when the investigation happened. It also doesn't matter if the person is accused of a crime or if the person is the victim of a crime. Every document becomes part of the person's FBI file.

Michael has a file at the FBI because (1) he was accused in the two child molestation cases, (2) other people threatened him, and (3) other people threatened him to try and get money or something else from him. The third thing is called extortion. All three situations are cases that the FBI investigates.

On Tuesday, December 22, the FBI is going to make some parts of Michael's FBI file available to anyone who wants to see them. The agency is doing this because there is a United States law called the Freedom of Information Act. The law makes it possible for people to ask the FBI if they can see someone's FBI file. You have to ask to see the file because the FBI doesn't make its files public unless someone asks to see them.

The FBI doesn't have to let the public see information that is (1) of a sensitive nature or (2) would violate the subject's right to privacy if it were public. Sensitive could mean a lot of things, such as the information is important to another case the FBI is actively investigating. If the information in the person's file isn't sensitive or of a private nature, then the FBI allows the public to see it.

Michael's FBI file has 679 pages. The FBI is going to let the public see 333 of those pages on December 22. The other 343 pages are either sensitive or private in nature and that's why the FBI will not let the public see them.

TMZ says that the 333 pages the public will be able to see concern (1) the child molestation cases, (2) threats against Michael, and (3) attempts to extort something from Michael. We don't know what the other 343 pages are about and possibly never will.

You're quite welcome, DontBelieveTheHype. I'm glad I could help. It's easy to forget that every forum member isn't a native English speaker, especially when they write as well as you do in English. If you hadn't said that English wasn't your first language, I would have never guessed. You definitely had me fooled!
