How can they kill him only for a catalog?..I don't believe it.
And...! How did "killing" MJ help Sony get the catalog? Nothing of that makes sense. HOAX!

MissG

A crime scene that has been altered is usually investigating individuals who altered it.

This was never the case with La Toya

When a person dies at home, a judge must give the order to lift up the cadaver

Did Michael die at home or at the hospital? No clarity yet, one says joe and the other joy

I totally agree.
In addition, he waited for death to come? I think nobody would do that!

"Tell the angels no... Heaven can wait"!

So why wouldn't he ask for police help like people. And i 'm sure he was used to threats all his life.
Just saying.
This is not a reason to fake your death. Or if it is, then you don't leave clues and yell i 'm alive.
Unless there are no clues. Which is also very possible.

ask the police? aside from the fact that it is well known that the LAPD have a history of corruption, the police (or judicial system for that matter) haven't been that nice to michael.

or, maybe it's all smoke and mirrors. maybe this whole thing is something way over any police department's head. instead of asking them to help protect him completely, he asked help for june 25th. and remember...the police chief retired later in 2009...

Yeah we're all wonderful, wonderful people
so when did we all get so fearful?
and now we're finally finding our voices
so take a chance, come help me sing this

Michael is not coward. I don't see him running away and giving up life just because of that. I am sure he dealt with threats all his life. He was Michael Jackson, not some random guy from the corner. And ok, let's assume the theory  is true. So now why would he come back if so?

Ok, I disagree with the statement MJ said they want to kill him because of catalog. This is used to ensure people to believe that MJ is dead and he was murdered as for now.
Michael is "dead" now. Who owns catalog? His estate and his children will inherit it later on when they become adult.
Where is the point to kill Michael for catalog? So, Michael is intelligent man and understands this. At least he consulted with attorney for sure..
Now, why family wants to convince people that MJ IS dead and perhaps because of his catalog and he used to say that? That's the question. Perhaps there are another motives to kill MJ and he therefore hid.
What IS ODD are missing tapes. There are answers on all questions and prosecution, investigation forgot to follow up with tapes?  :?: Family again mentions this knowing that no one can find them because they possess tapes.

To me, all this talk of MJ being afraid he would be murdered and MJ was murdered for the catalog and the $ony/AEG conspiracy to murder MJ talk points out to you, me, and everyone else that the media DOESN'T CARE about this lead. They have their story, thankyouverymuch: Murray was an incompetent idiot shady doc, who bungled the care for the drug-addict-weirdo-has-been-mega-star gig resulting in death by OD, and nothing is going to change their minds.

NOTHING.

Well ok maybe one thing.

Earlier on and during the trials MJ said they wanted his catalog as well as TM but I don't get it, killing him for his catalog seems a bit far fetched.

Well, Sony as a company, at first, was just selling electronic products (like Walkman for example). Then they decided to sell music. They needed the rights to songs to be able to sell them - not to pay MJ each time they wanted to release any compilation. MJ didn't want to sell the catalogue - so they forced him into an unfair deal - to take control over these assets.

I'm just posting this to point out that the plot for this "film" is just perfectly planned....    8-)
However in 2001 it was not so funny....  :?
