Thank you very much  @Anna@Tarja and @MJhasSpoken, Much as I thought, there is no sign of fragility, opposite to the implied headline on the photos. ;)

They seem to be paying more attention in handing out advice on what CM should do that they wrote the wrong tours under two of the pics. Two of the pics (that was stated on the comments area) say that no.7 and no.15 are listed as the wrong tours.

Thanks ForstAMoon :D

Poor Mike...look how fragile he looks. As if he can drop dead any minute :?

Seriously, what kind of defence is that? Even if he would have felt bad, couldn't sleep or whatever during the tours, he certainly didn't show it on stage. And indeed, London wasnt a tour, it was a show. 3 times a week on the same stage, in the same house, sleeping in the same bed. No problem for a healthy guy his age at all. So if they want to prove he was fragile and ill, this is certainly not the way.

Besides that, Jennifer Batten told us herself he was never drugged on stage, and she was with him during the BAD-, the Dangerous- and the HIStory tour. So more BS. I can't imagine this ever going to trial if this were all real. But all is possible since it is not real, so let's stay tuned...

Plus if it's out of frustration and fear it cannot be accidental (?)

This is so ridiculous   all these photos show is that Michael Jackson put his all into making his performances unforgettable.  And he looks perfectly fine.  Do they think he was a computerized robot who didn't get tired or restless or exhausted like other human beings   People DO get ill.  ALL PEOPLE.   OF COURSE an entertainer who rocked it like Michael Jackson (of which I can't name one) would have a personal physician traveling with them.   With all the complex moves and techniques employed by MJ during those grueling hours, all that loss of fluids, etc. he would be an idiot not to have someone there for him.  Someone who knew his medical history, someone he trusted to do what he was HIRED to do.  Hell, they had paramedics for the fans at every show complete with oxygen, recussitators, ambulances, the whole nine and they weren't making a move      Which even more shows how little MJ mattered if this proves to be a real case.  They had more equipment for the fans just watching than for the man up there every single performance giving us an experience of a lifetime, magic.  That says more than words ever could.

What behooves me is why would he be medicating him that heavily BEFORE the tour even started? That makes no sense at all, unless of course he was ordered to or it's all a lie. Plus the insurability issue is gonna come back to haunt them if they try to use this scenario as any proof. This ain't nothing but smoke and ashes.

Michael Jackson Concert Tours on Trial

Maybe what we're supposed to be shown is that the 'CONCERT TOURS' are the focus, not Dr Murray. So, maybe we'll find the truth about when Michael really started rehearsing/filming for them, etc. I'm not being very clear here but the wording seems to point to the concert.

Or, if we take the word 'Concert Tours' out of the title we come back to "Michael Jackson on Trial" - which some theories have suggested that Michael is mirroring what he's been through. Again, not being very clear this morning in my explanation. Sorry.

Or, if we listen to one of the insider videos from smoothC21, we have been told to watch what Murray will or WILL NOT say...hmmm.

About the pictures - none of them show a frail Michael, but quite the opposite, in my opinion. And as has been stated, Jennifer and others have come out and said that Michael was not drugged up during tour.

I remember Sheryl Crow saying that at one point they all slept in a huge room with Michael because he had trouble sleeping by himself. There would be no way for him to do drugs with a roomful of people and them not know it. And, if he had a personal physician during that tour he certainly wasn't putting MJ out.  Yes, he might have had trouble sleeping at times but so do a lot of other people.

So, who are they going to ask to be a witness in their defense...Karen Faye? I think she's the only one who's said anything about Michael being drugged up on stage.

One last thing - not to start another controversial subject but that picture of MJ in the spacesuit - I think it's been alluded to in articles that that may not have been Michael flying off of the stage. But, we probably will never know the truth on that.
