Song - Do You Know Where Your Children Are

I swear MJtunes.com is in on this hoax. They've just played this song back to back and when I clicked to look at the screen I noticed this picture was next to it. Does anyone recognize when this was taken? I don't recognize this picture.

Normally they put the album cover next to the song. Except for these unreleased songs, of course...
