I don't know why MJ had Kai Chase as a chef.  This chic talking about she fed MJ and his kids granola and stuff like that.  Why was she feeding them rabbit food?  She could still have made them some healthy omletes and turkey bacon or grill chicken.  The way she sound like she was cooking no wonder he was so thin.  I would be hecka thin too if I ate food like that.  She a sista too seem like she would make some better food with some soul to it that sticks to the ribs.  She must not have been his chef back in 2001 because MJ was beefed up and he was definitely eating something.  That's the biggest I ever seen him.  Maybe he just a picky eater too or doesnt have to eat alot during the day.  My brother is like that too.  He barely eats alot but he drinks alot of liquids and is still at a healthy weight.  The main thing he eats is chicken just like MJ did.

Michael talked about how he felt that the only control he had over his life was his eating. He said that when he was a kid, he would be told what he was singing, when he was going and he felt like he had no control over what was happening with his life. This actually makes it sound like he had anorexia nervosa, people that have it often say that they feel like they can control their life through their eating.  :?  Hopefully he's eating better now...
