Im sorry but no matter how much the fam was not liked thay should have been invited!! they are honoring their blood after all! and if why not at least have katherine? we all know how much MJ loved his mother... and also having an aunt or an uncle would have been great support for the kids.

I think many in the entertainment field may think that the Jacksons are prospering way too much off of
Michael.  Plus, it also could have been, sorry to say this a racial thing !!

I don't believe it was racially motivated.  You had to only look out at the audience to know that. I do believe it could be what one person said - that they feel the family has taken advantage of Michael's fame. Wow - if you think about it, Michael's children are probably more famous in their own right and more wealthy than that whole room full of people. Talk about a heritage those children have. Right along the lines of Prince Harry and Prince Andrew.

So proud, my brother being honored 2nite w/the Lifetime Achievement Award. My family would love to be there but truth is, we weren't invited about 17 hours ago from mobile web

do u want more truth?    about 17 hours ago   from mobile web

Let me be clear, when I said "My family" I meant my brothers, sisters & parents. about 15 hours ago from web

I wonder why is he saying they weren't invited? and who brought the kids there?

I think that you guys are missing what he is really saying...lol

but ask yourself this, if "the family" were not invited then why would they let mikes kids go? :D

I say Michael and 3T brought them there is NO WAY they would even go with only 3T especially on thier only time on stage not counting the Memorial film

Maybe because they want the focus to remain on MJ instead of his family.  Maybe that's why they weren't invited.  Notice when the brothers accept awards for him they always have to throw themselves into the mix.  Like Marlon when he accepted an award for MJ he was all talking about he appreciate people for being their fans and blah blah.  I'm like look bruh this award is about your brother not J5.  Also Jermaine was annoying too when he accepted for his brother at the AMA's.  He barely said anything about MJ then he brings his kids on stage. Why did he feel the need to bring his family on stage?  We were not trying to see them.  Not to be mean.  It could just be a distraction by the Jacksons to say that they weren't invited since everything is looking suspect.  If MJ was behind the grammys maybe he requested them not to come because they try to steal his shine sometimes.  He probably like dang I finally get my respect back I don't need my family taking all the credit.

I swear I saw Joeseph in the audience, in an end seat, just b-4, or as the children were introduced.  Did anyone else see him?  I will say, he looked terrible.  He did not have his hat on, which he usually wears, and, was seated on the right side of the aisle, if one were walking down the aisle.

It doesn't matter if they like the Jacksons or not. That was Michael's Family, they should of been invited to see the Tribute.
