So the children were not in Gary after all?
Were they in Hawaii and who were they in Hawaii with?
Seems kind of strange to me...

That plaque or stone saying from the Jackson family, makes me very sad. Do you think it's on the sidewalk in front of the home or on a wall closeby?  On the other hand, what strength Katherine has, not a trace of emotion. Even Genevieve doesn't cry and she's young (usually more emotional). Thanks for posting the lovely pics.

Do we know that this plaque is from the family?  It could be from the city of Gary remembering Michael and also thanking the Jackson family for their contributions to Gary and for their support of Michael. I think it could be argued either way.

There have been some stories on out local news about how much the house has been spruced up in the last few week. Every other time I have seen the house on tv (the news will do an interview in and outside the house whenever a Jackson visits) it has been empty and ininhabitable. Now it is landscaped and freshly decorated!!  Also, it was reported on the Chicago news that Mrs. Jackson hired family members in Gary to do the work so maybe she was trying to help them out and make it nice, but there have been several events at the house before and it has never looked like a place that someone could actually live in (even down to the working tv with the cubs game in the background). It is soemthing new and very interesting!

Thanks for the Pictures!!

Well check these plaques also, where would they put them? Aren't about Michael but about sisters, brothers, parents and so on..Those plaques have to be family's
