A place without no name

 • on: December 08, 2009, 04:07:36 PM
Hello! This is my first post on the new forum :)
I wanted to bring up the short sneak peak to the song "A place without no name".

My story: I was vacationing in Europe and arrived June 25th after an over night flight from the U.S. It was my 18th birthday... I found out the next morning wich was the 26th I believe and the first thing I hear after wake, is "Michael Jackson is dead" Depressing I know :( I spend a lot of time on the internet where I found the hoax death websites, The internet was my only source to news, mainly Google: Michael Jackson (click on News) and it's through all the things online that I never got to see all the dramatic footage and memorials on TV that I would see in the U.S until much later on. Imediatly I questioned some of the thins I saw, One of the first ideas I had was that Michael couldnt be dead, but that he had a terminally ill look a like, and hey, this guy didnt even have to be able to sing and dance :P just look! I researched also Vitiligo, My cousin has this disease and I looked into the treatments that WebMD has. Just on a simple website like that they explain the treatments.. Imagine the list of treatments.. lets say.. 20 years ago.. exactly :) I dont think he took pills or bleached but I do think he under went treatment called Skin Depigmentaion, where rather than beeing patchy and spotty your all one shade and color, from Dalmation to a white dog I guess.. So it doesnt sound to far fetched that someone went through surgery and skin depigmentation so his family could live a financially stable life after their father passed.. but I digres, that was just an Idea... And then this came out:

A place with no name, It was like he was yelling to us a clue..
I just wanted to share my story and mainly show the two versions of the song.
In the non Acapella version you hear the same harmonizing effect (taaaakkkeee meeee tooo a place) used in "you rock my world"(at the end "someone like yoooouuuu to call mine" [is that  the lyric :P ] ) while the Acapella just sounds natural MJ :)
Hopefully some of the great investigators can analyze the lyrics a little more deeper, I just want to call this into attention :P

I hope I didnt waste your time :P I like to go off topic a lot XD

Strange lyrics in the song, released shortly after his 'death'....

Just trying to help everyone out by reminding :) and tell my story :P I've never expressed it :/

I found this though, America ( who sang a horse with no name) responded after
http://www.rollingstone.com/rockdaily/i ... h-no-name/

I think I read that Mike got the permission back in the 70's or something to do it.. Not sure.. but judging by the sound.. I would say its late 90's or 2000's it has similar quality's to that used in Invincible.

Listen to it.. you think that would have been in off the wall? :P
Also it COULD be that he recorded the acapella.. and someone later remastered it.. only to leak a 24 second clip. so many questions un answered :(

EDIT: http://newsroom.mtv.com/2009/07/17/new- ... h-no-name/

They shared managers at one point.. :/ maybe its old.. and just a coincidence..

The title itself makes me wonder if he was trying to give off a hint.

Right?! its soo suspicious and the timing doesn't help!

Although.. its not proper english... which makes it stranger.. it should be; A place with no name, not without no name, its a oxymoron in a way.. unless of course its some sort of message ;)

maybe a place he didn't want others to know where he would actually be that was probably why he may have written it that way.

Maybe I missed it, but besides that small 30 second fragment, I haven't heard from this song lately. Is it going to be released or is it just to keep us busy thinking it's a clue?

It was released (along with the Pepsi commercial) right after his death.  They were the two biggest clues at that time.  The Pepsi commercial gives us the reason for the drug use and the Place without No Name ..... what do you think? I think it's where he is--he wanted to disappear. But this contradicts the film and what Kenny Ortega and AEG want us to believe.

I THINK THAT WITHOUT NO NAME IS IN FACT A PLACE WITH A NAME, A PLACE WHO WE KNOW, EVENTUALLY...

If you haven't heard it yet, here it is;

I remember European Radio Station even playing it and explaining it during updates and news periods.

I have a feeling, this place with no name, is some Island somewhere where him, his kids, and Liz are all relaxing, maybe somewhere with little to no sunlight.. ;)

That's what I remember too, and my "this is suss" button was triggered.

The original song, Horse with no name, by America is about escapism.
"I've been through the desert on a horse with no name
It felt good to be out of the rain
In the desert you can remember your name
'Cause there ain't no one for to give you no pain "

Some speculate it was written about heroin, which was referred to as "horse". But, the songwriter says  "The anonymous horse was a vehicle to get me away from all the confusion and chaos of life to a peaceful, quiet place"  The meanings are much the same anyway.. I won't go further into that here.. But basically - the rain is reality. The desert is a mirage. A mirage is an illusion. It's an optical trick. What you see isn't necessarily real.
So, then when I listen to Michaels version,
"She said "Don't you worry my friend, I'll take care, take my hand, I'll take you there. Ohhhoohh..
Take me to a place without no name. Take me to a place without no name.
"
Still sounds like someone wanting to get away from it all, doesn't it? hmmm..

But, then when I look up the lyrics why do I get a different sets of lyrics?
http://www.metrolyrics.com/a-place-with ... ckson.html
Every morning sun would rise
Every night stars would come
Every second we breathe oxygen
I just wanna tell you there is
A place with no name that's why I need you

I always dream that I could fly up high
But is just an imagination but you know
That I'll be there for you just tell me that you love me
No need to cry I'm always in your heart
Tell me that is no place like no name

You are my world with lots of flower
I just wanna tell you there is
A place with no name that's why I need you..

What's that about?? And what ever happened to a full version release?  :?:  :!:

It's a bit outside the box, but at the moment isn't "Neverland" un-named, they are changing the name of it, Could the place be Neverland where he is hiding?

THIS IS A GOOD POINT!
I ALWAYS BELIEVE HE IS AT NEVERLAND, OR THIS PLACE WITHOUT NO NAME...
AND WITHOUT -NO NAME IS A PLACE WITH NAME?

I doubt he would be at neverland.. I mean its still a tourist attraction for fans and people in the area to see. it would be to risky, to have cars of employees coming in and out to get food. I think we could tell if it was inhabited.

He's at Neverland!

Lets go rush the gates and look for him  :D

They used all that concrete for an underground bunker and he's hiding in it eating cans of spam and drinking bottled water

hey whaddya know:

NAMELESS -- This little community's ironic name is part of its charm.

Located in a rural area in the edge of Jackson County and having a population of around 200, it makes Mayberry look like a city. And that's how everyone wants it to stay, a vision from yesteryear.

Where is the last place you would think of looking for Michael if you thought he was hiding?
Neverland, u think it too obvious, but that could be is point, he's kept it simple, he threw a couple of decoys saying he'd never live there again, but it is NEVERland.
The line from Threatened "Never Neverland's the place" is that a major clue?
You say that it is still visited by fans, what is to stop Mike being disguised and actually walking round with visitors?

The more ideas we come up with, one has got to be correct.

Where Are You Michael??
