There are colored dots on my paper box but I worked for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel delivering papers and those dots are used to determine who gets which newspapers and what days to deliver them.

Post by: Good Lets Dance on April 28, 2010, 08:44:20 PM: The Gov. does Not provide our Mailbox, I had to buy and install my own. There were 3 colors to choose from: Black, White, and maybe a dark Green.
