I really hate it when someone posts that something is a double post, then the link gets locked, but they don't say where the original post is located?
So, on this particular thread, where is the original so I can check this out? I can click on the link, wearebeLIEvers.org but I don's see anywhere about April 17th?

It´s from two days ago... and it´s been very visible on the "View new posts" list... actually it´s still active in the first place... No intention apart from inform/help you... but it´s title is even more descriptive than yours... tha fact is really important so that people read your threads...

Well heck, I check this board everyday and it slipped by me :) But I still don't see where it says anything about it being April 17th. I click on the site, it comes up in French. I don't speak french fluintly, so I do the google translate and it just says something about the biggest manipulation the will ever see, then there is a counter on the days, hours, minutes, but it doesn't show anything on the days.
Am I just not seeing this right?

It´s all explained on the other thread... you download a document from the front page, it´s a .rar with a folder within. In the folder there´s a .txt doc with a password and that date... please... go to the other thread and follow the last page, or from 12:00 Wewtern European time, when the countdown of the site ended... ;)
You can read reactions and explanations... actually it´s almost clear by now...

Ahhh, I go to the other thread and get the Smooth Criminal picture with the counter thing and nothing else. Nothing about downloading anything or a secret password or anything.
So, which other thread are you talking about? I must be looking at the wrong one :(

I was looking at the thread yesterday with no problems. I can go to the site with no problems.

"17.4.10" > It's the way we do dates in France. 17 Avril 2010 - 17/04/10 it's in english > April, 17th.

Let´s see, I don´t know what´s happening with the virus thing many of you are experiencing.
But I´ll tell you what is being said in the other thread that seems to have dissapeared.
Someone from France, said that this site is related to a Radio Company or artists, so it "seems" an advertising campaigne, which is weird to be related with a virus.
On the other hand, the problems some of you experienced was also on the thread itself.
Yesterday the forum went down a few times for some minutes, and now the thread is not there.
I wonder if there is being some kind of informatic attack... don´t know.
Maybe some moderator/admin have a clue...
About dates... it´s the European way (except from UK I think)

1. Anywhere on the page (not the download link), right click. Then click, view source (or something like that). It will open a Notepad file where you see the source code for the page. Scroll down a little bit and you'll see a url that says http://www.purpleufo.com. If you're interested in checking it out, just go to that site. It will ask for a password, put in "beLIEVE" (minus the quotation marks). It will open the page. I found something interesting.
2. On the purpleufo website, I found an image of Mickey Mouse. When I put the mouse over it, it showed the words "Mi Ke" (put together: MIKE).

Just be careful with the things that you are downloading. I have quarentined so many viruses on my computer since June. From going into all the different sites about Michael, I think people out there are taking advantage of the internet and planting viruses. If you get a warning on your computer, don't go any further with that page. If others are not getting a warning, let them download it and print screen it for all to see.

For translation, You know it's just a funny song that talks about the clues : slip up, brothers going to the wrong cemetery, body moving in the helicopter...
It's not really important to translate, it's just talking about what we already know. And the singing part just says "he is alive ! Dr Murray is innocent ! He is not dead, he will be back, we do believe" only stuffs like that.
But the way they speak is just funny ! Does any french people know about the Wriggles, because they make me think of them :lol:

Well, I had the site up before 12am and it still said Download like normal. At exactly 12 AM my PC totally stopped responding.About a minute later The site said ENTER. Put in the password and The French video you mentioned earlier pops up. But that is all
except the fact my PC now keeps freezing :?
