I haven't seen this performance. However, I did catch Usher on George Lopez show last night. As soon as he came out he looked at Michael Beardon and they smiled at each other. Then Usher sat down and Lopez immediately brings up MJ. He says you know the torch has been passed from MJ to you. Usher just smiles and he say yeah I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for Mike. Then he just says I'm gonna miss him. The way he said it kinda makes it seem like MJ is still around. He didn't really feed into the next MJ thing. Then later in the show he peformed. He grabbed his crotch like MJ like 3 times and he was doing some of his moves. He also was sporting black leather jacket and the aviator sun glasses like MJ.

Can people stop saying those things! It's so annoying! :x I'm refering not refering to the poster but to the interviewer. Michael's torch will never we passed on because he is forever King. Death (i.e. if our angel has indeed passed :cry: ) doesn't change anything. Sure they can be influenced by Michael but that's it.
If there is a hoax I do wonder if Usher knows about it. He's feelings at the memorial seemed very real, made me cry at least... And if he's in on it would he agree to do the Grammy tribute? Seems kind of strange :? .

IMO it doesn't mean anything Usher has always copied Michael his entire career and he's nowhere near MJ's talent. To me neither one of them are in the hoax. Why would they be? Only the ne people necessary people need to be in the hoax and I don't see why either one would be necessary. If to many people are in on the hoax that defeats the purpose of the hoax.

Perez Hilton also had a tweet about meeting a King. But I highly doubt Perez knows about the hoax. Usher also tweeted about a surpise around Valentine's Day but nothing happened.

Did Randy Philips finally become Usher's manager? They said he met with him at the Grammy pre party. They also said Randy was Lionel Richie's manager and both were in the Grammy tribute and WATW.
Also Usher spoke about MJ passing even in his interview on GMA and he seemed genuine. Even his ex-wife referenced MJ when talking about her getting a heart attack while being put under for surgery - she said the same thing that happened to Michael. Fortunately she was saved because she was in a hospital setting and being monitored.
