This is Paul Frank Gambino. He was obsessed with Janet at some stage, but now he seems to be wanting to help the Family. He is (was) connected to the Mafia and that could explain "why" the disguise, and the way Janet looked at him,,,comments please.

The blonde at the memorial is probably the same women sitting next to the black man at the funeral. She looks nothing like Victoria Gotti. You can see her whole face at the funeral.

The man in the hat was in some way involved with the production of Michael's 'Thriller'. I can't remember his name though, but it definitely isn't Michael.
I would be paying more attention to the Blonde-haired lady.

yeah, me too. But I have to ( again) say, that the hat man from the memorial in the staples centeer looked way different to the hat man at the Funeral at Fl. The skin looked different (almost unnatural), the stature..the memorial hat man looked older..and his hair at the funeral..it looked like it was stucked on the hat, you know?
Same thing with the blond lady...
She also looked different compared with the blond lady at the funeral!
The Blonde Lady at the Memorial at Staples Center looked, and I'm sorry if it is a real woman :oops: , like man in a disguise of woman ( or better: Like THE MAN).
Not the Blonde lady at the funeral...She looked like woman, a real woman, with more female-like shapes and more natural.
What I wanna say:
One Hat man was real (Memorial?) and the other was fake ( Funeral?)
One Blonde Lady was real (Funeral?) and the other was fake (Memorial?)

Rick Baker ( I think maybe the Hat Man at Memorial?) is a specialist for Make Up and effetcs...and he worked a few times together with MJ (Ghosts etc)
But the blondi looked too manly for me.but not at the funeral...And the man at the funeral did not look like Rick Baker at the memorial....i know...confusing...

Yes indeed they were slightly different. It seems as they are "characters" in this story no matter who is in disguise, they had to be there, and maybe that they were there for diversion. While we were all focused on Hatman and Blond Lady real Michael is elsewhere...
