Conrad Murray, Michael Jackson’s former doctor, could have his medical license revoked if a petition — filed yesterday in Los Angeles by Jerry Brown on behalf of the California Medical Board — is approved, according to Reuters. In the 12-page filing, Brown states: “[The] Defendant is alleged to have administered a lethal dose of propofol and other powerful drugs to patient M.J., which resulted in the patient’s death. The exercise of such poor professional judgment and placing the life of a patient in jeopardy requires that the [California Medical] Board take measures to protect the public from future harm.” Murray a cardiologist, has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter charges in the pop star’s death. He is free on $75,000 bail and if convicted, faces up to four years in jail.

It could be just the pressure? People are getting suspicious. Like it was with the TMZ r.i.p list. I sure hope so.

i don't even get how he praticed until now with a patient dying under his watch. especially when the whole thing was ruled a homicide shortly after. murray should have lost his license then, at the latest.
but i guess it's for the overall picture, enough people screamed, so they had to react from the official side.
but then, if nobody died, he didn't do nothing wrong, right...

We found in another thread that replacing the death of MJ, CPR and resuscitation, mouth to mouth breathing, cardiac arrest and all related by

the dying of mother earth

we would understand MJ's "death" as a metapher of what is currently going on with the planet and thus the basis of our own lives.

In view of this understanding your words do get a very interesting meaning:

"how he praticed until now with a patient dying under his watch."

"how can we go on living as we do with the planet dying under our watch."[/size]

It really doestn take you 9 months to cancel a license....Just like it doesnt take you 9months to tell a photo is a fake....Just like it doesnt take you 9 months to say that a 911 call is a fake......
