It's an Art book...there are lots of photos of him in bookstores and he is usually purchasing Art books.

I really think this photo was taken after a procedure, tatoos to the lips which does cause scabbing. He had his lips done recently.

well he could have had his lips retouched or whatever and he could have worn one of his signature silk surgical masks...I think he chose this way to disguise himself
