Unfortunately, it sounds like it could be a messy situation. Hopefully they will get it straightened out. Sending prayers for the children and parents to work out this personal issue.
Stun Gun Mess Connected to Jackson Divorce
Jermaine Jackson's messy divorce set up a series of events that led to a knock at Katherine Jackson's door by the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services ... TMZ has learned.
Jermaine filed for divorce from Alejandra Jackson in 2004. They fought hard over child support. According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Jermaine pressured Alejandra to live with the couple's two children -- Jaafar and Jermajesty -- in the Jackson family home in Encino. Alejandra claimed in the docs Jermaine wanted her to live in his mom's home so he didn't have to pay her support.
In legal docs filed last year, Alejandra complained most of the support money she received was from Katherine, frequently in the form of gift cards from Ralphs supermarket -- the very same place Jaafar bought a credit card so he could purchase the stun gun online.

@Venus.. maybe. I am wavering on the hoax at the moment and this situation with the family is making it worse as i cannot see MJ sitting back and allowing this to happen.
Would he allow his own children be subjected to this?
Would he allow his 13 year old nephew be treated by the press like this?
Hmm.. i dont know. I know that at the beginning a lot of people were against Grace being re-instated as Michael had fired her.. and fired her for good reason apparently.

She's gorgeous (when I first saw a picture with her I was stunned) but she's evil. I watched one interview with her and I was shocked how bitchy she is :evil: . I coudn't believe my eyes this was the woman that lived with MJ and raised his children for so long!

Actually she said that he did it numerous times before (probably he was in bad mood) and then rehired her, so when he fired her the last time she wasnt surprised at all.

hm..but mainly MJ raised his own kids.. like a lot of videos prove.
But of course she did a great job, she had to, cause MJ hired her and I don't think that he would hand out his kids to a person he couldn't trust. But there was something about her, I think it was before Michaels disappearance, where Michael or ( was it the family) wanted to fire her? Or was she fired and then hired again?

Who knows, it could be anybody in the house. May not be Grace. Wasn't Randy married to Jermaine's ex-wife at one point? Perhaps it's her? She is still living at the house with the kids and Katherine. I think she's still there?

IDK. I'm sure there's more to the story, and divorce/custody issues can be quite complex. I do think it's interesting, though, that this happened while JJ was out of the country. Sounds a bit suspicious to me. I hope they can resolves any issues they may have. I have such a heart for children of divorce. It's never easy.

I understand the word exploit in it's true meaning also I found it means :abuse... Randy said US, how can somebody in that house EXPLOIT THEM ?? a "she" or evildoerS. He want me to believe that they lose controll in their own house ?? that I don't believe.

I think that the reference to family relates to us beLIEvers and Michaels fans who believe he is dead. There have been some big clues this week and maybe this is to get non-believing fans to start looking in it. Michael needs his family of beLIEvers to grow in numbers and in strength and become united. Justice is revealed in more people discovering the truth.
