background information on the show:
The series is set in New York City's Thirteenth Precinct. It revolves around the efforts of the incorruptible Lt. Theo Kojak (Telly Savalas), a tough, bald New York City policeman who was fond of lollipops and for using the catchphrase, "Who loves ya, baby?" Lt. Kojak displayed a dark, cynical wit and a tendency to bend the rules in order to bring a criminal to justice. In the early episodes of the series, Kojak smoked heavily; in order to reflect the anti-smoking sentiment gaining momentum on American TV, the writers decided that Kojak had quit smoking. He began sucking on lollipops as a substitute, which became a trademark of the character (although Kojak is frequently seen smoking a cigarillo when he winds up a case by interrogation of the main suspect(s)). The lollipop made its debut in the Season 1 episode "Dark Sunday", broadcast on Dec. 12, 1973; Kojak lights a cigarillo as he begins questioning a witness, but thinks better of it and sticks a lollipop (specifically, a Tootsie Pop) in his mouth instead. Later in the episode, Kevin Dodson's character asks about the lollipop and Kojak replies, "I'm trying to bridge the generation gap."
1) who is ruthy
2) remember the trash can's that seem to be in a lot of photos. like the Murray case, outside mj's home the day he "died", the funeral, the Murray case.....
3) the eye is very strange it reminds me of the one on the one droller bill but is it not the same, it is also strange that the word private eye is there b/c in the show he isn't a private eye detective he is just a policeman

Oh wow this is a trip. Now I gotta go check out his page since I'm one of his friends. He even got MJ's eye at the bottom of the photo from invincible album. It also says private eye and a garbage can. I defintely think this is a direct link to MJ and he letting everybody know he's watching, and for us to keep being private eyes and look out for all the garbage that's surrounding his case. I know some don't think it's him but I do. I think the real Dave Dave allows MJ to use his image to get his messages out there.

When I postet the pic on Feb.26th, I also remembered tis_ruthy's name on MJHD. I searched for her profile and there was NO Kojac picture. Definetly not!! It must have been added some time later.

Everyone, I think I can solve how the picture appeared as "tis_ruthy's" avatar. I told the poster "tis_ruthy" from the other hoax site via PM the other day, about the Kojak picture with the "Ruthy" name. I originally saw the Kojak/Ruthy picture on a thread here that poster "friendlikeme81" put up. I knew of "tis_ruthy" and her "penchant" for Dave Dave from myself being a poster there too. I hope "tis_ruthy" will not mind me saying that. I do mean it tongue in cheek. So the Kojak/tis_ruthy avatar appeared after it appeared on this site and presumably after it appeared on Dave Dave's Myspace via the person who produced the picture in the first place.

The question is wether this pic is relevant for the hoax investigation or not?
IMO this picture pretends to show some very blatant clues but is actually only referring to our (in this case tis_ruthy's) interest in investigation. It is self referring and not giving us any further information.

I am not going to get into the pissing match over how myspace works.
I already see what's going on and I would just like to say MJ you look mighty fine in this photo. You do appear to be a little lonely though.

Also I love reading ALL the clues that everyone comes up with and how they relate correctly to the hoax and this FUN game and then sometimes BAM! in the middle of a good story here comes a crap on everything artist.
