We would like to start this blog by sharing our personal thoughts. At the time of the trial we both were busy with other things and therefore didn’t pay much attention to the coverage of the trial. Besides that, here in Holland it was not that much of a media circus as it was in the U.S. We knew about the accusations, the start of the trial, and we heard he was acquitted but that was about it, we never really looked further into it. Maybe because we are not fans (which some people still think is a crime while owning this website), maybe because we both never saw him as a pedophile and therefore never felt the urge to read up on it, because in our eyes justice was served.
But in this hoax everything should be investigated and stripped to the bone, so we both decided to read up on the trial and the 1993 accusations. We started with Aphrodite Jones’ “Michael Jackson Conspiracy” about the 2005 trial. This is a must-read! There is a lot of information in the book that was ignored by the mainstream media. If you want to know what happened in that courtroom, this is where you start and you will be amazed about the evilness in this world. As we already thought before, we now dare to say with absolute certainty: Michael Jackson was framed, both in 1993 and in 2003.
We will give you as much information about both cases in this blog as possible, but to be best informed about the 2005 trial you should really read Aphrodite’s book to get the full picture.
Besides facts articles and the summaries of both the 1993 accusation case and the 2005 trial, we also want to share our thoughts about why we think he was framed and by who at the end of this blog. Please note that everything besides the facts, is nothing more than our opinion, our theory. As we both never doubted his innocence, we now also wanted to KNOW, by researching both cases and see if we could link some things to support the conspiracy against him that is well known and supported by many.
Because there is so much information about these cases, we decided to split the blog in different parts, but that does not mean that the information that is not in this main article is less important, so we advise you to read it all if you are really interested in the absurd circumstances surrounding this that could have put Mike behind bars for decades without any proof, if it weren’t for the brilliant defense attorney Tom Mesereau that wiped his ass with the prosecution witnesses and for the 12 people of the jury that could see through the filthy lies of the accusers and exposed Tom Sneddon’s vendetta against Michael Jackson.

It was always clear to me that Michael was innocent, and reading Jones' book just confirmed to me that he was set up. I am still appalled that nothing seems to have happened to that family for having falsely accused him and having lied under oath.

THIS IS SO CRUEL, playing with people lives. How dare they? How can people have no Conscience. Michael never hurt a soul. He helped people in need. If he didn't have a good attorney he would have been in jail, I could not imagine what that poor (figure of speach) man went through. There are no words to describe it. It is infuriating. I am glad he faked his death, I hope he reads this and sees how much we love Michael Jackson...

Thank you for putting in the time and effort to show those who maybe didn't know much of the sordid details of what Michael has had to go through. I had to stop half way through reading your blog because I once again was overcome with emotion (I've read Aphrodite's book, as well as Redemption, and The Michael Jackson Trials by Linton Guest, and knew long ago that there was a conspiracy against Michael). The amount of disgust and sadness that I feel is so overwhelming I cannot even begin to describe it. These facts again being brought up only serves to make me more determined to speak out for justice for Michael and to show people what the TRUTH is and who Michael Jackson really is.
For those of you who believe in prayer, get on you knees and ask for the mountains to be moved so that we can see the light, (the obstacles holding back the truth), and for any opportunity to plant the seed of truth. (I need prayer warriors to help bring back a class I was scheduled to teach on mj, but has been temporarily postponed).
Michael needs us to know the truth and to share that with the world, so thank you Mo and Souza, for bringing light to the facts. I so appreciate this website.

I didnt follow the trial because for most of my life they made him look like a fool so i didnt care to see them say all those things PLUS I didnt want to see another black man go down like that and to be honest i wasnt sure that he was innocent being that i was blind to the fact that the media lies :? but when mike died i bought that book to get more info on the trial and a better insite to the man that mike is and it is a must read, even if you dont like mike but just want to see how the media says one thing and its really another.
like the author i thought he was probably guilty because it was the 2nd accusations and "he" paid the first boy. If you have any doubt mike is innocent please read this book!

My gosh, you two, first thing I feel is that you put so much hard work into making such an accurate, in-depth blog! My gosh again, great job on that alone! Seeing as my wimpy fanhood hadn't yet begun in 1993 or 2005, I didn't even ever really know about any of this, until 2008 when I read up on it and was absolutely disgusted.. But I never saw all these intricate little details that just print the truth out in even bolder, clearer letter than it was already in before! Outstanding job! Only one problem: My also-wimpy computer can't seem to load the entire main "V" post!! It stops in April in the list of each trial day! How can I see the rest? I refreshed and it doesn't work...

I followed the entire thing. I have always believed that the allegations were a bought and paid for witch hunt engineered to bring MJ down.
Let's face it. Abused kids often become emotionally "stuck." The problems that are caused by this state can only be corrected when the person is able to cope. They must be strong enough to face it all again, deal with it, put it to rest once and for all, then move on with the weight lifted.
I don't believe that MJ had enough time to get to that place. He was always working, and never dealing. We saw the manifestation of his problem, he even said so. He said that it was his way of trying to work through it by recreating what he had lost. His childhood.
The whole thing is a shame, and I have always been drawn to study him because my life parallels his on a much smaller scale. When the one who perpertrated the crime against you is a parent, and unable or unwilling to take responsibility for it, it becomes up to the victim to deal with it in it's entirety. Hopefully not alone, but in his case it seems that he was very alone.
One would think that the officials who are well versed in these things would have acted more responsibly. When was the last time you saw a suspected child mollesters mattress dismantled? I think it was MJ... Does that mean that he is the last suspected dhild mollester in this country? I don't think so!

After reading that book I was crushed and that is when it really hit me that they really didn't care if Michael was innocent. They wanted him locked up, away from the world, his family, his children and all those women they felt he didn't deserve to have in his circle of friends to begin with. They wanted to see him fall from grace. They wanted his blood, his fame, his fortune and his dignity. I really believe they wanted him DEAD. Many already had him convicted and jailed and was ready to start getting shots of the inside of his cell before the trial even started. It was a vengeful vendetta. Hands down.

Well done. Obviously, someone or some people wanted MJ out of Neverland. This was a white, conservative enclave. Dick Gregory has stated (to add to what you said might be a reason--turning it into a vineyard) that it has mineral deposits. It is very valuable property. Probably seen as an oddity at best with its giraffes, elephants, ferris wheel and everything else.
You have made a solid case concerning the fact MJ was framed, not once, not twice. At the end of the second trial, Tom Mesereau advised MJ to get out of town. They'll be after you again. They eventually got OJ, didn't they? They got Tiger Woods, didn't they? Kobe, etc.
Now, I think I am getting to the title of your blog--V for Vendetta, V for Vengeance. MJ wasn't one to lick his wounds and hide. The guy had you know what. Didn't he have the nerve to appear with Gavin Arvizo on Bashir's documentary? Didn't he do daring things during his performances? So the hoax is about Vendetta, Vengeance. And it is just unfolding.

Ahhh MO and Souza brilliant post. In the trial days I also ignored the trials after watching BBC and CNN. I did not want to smirch my gut feeling that told me : "NO". But you ladies have me right back on track now. A mighty and modern country allows such a conspiracy against one black superstar that got rebellious? Allows Sneddon his war against that superstar? Made it impossible for Mrs. A. Jones to get her book published when she found out about the conspiracy? There must be a very important WHY to this horror story! You have the hammer and I am convinced you are going to find that one big nail which will get hit on the head.
Now that you are posting all ins- and outs all details on your site for the whole world to read, I wander who, of all that were involved in this horror story, is going to react to what you so clearly enumerate. The whole world can read your blogs and that includes all that participated in the MJJ horror story. They should get a bit nervous now...
This hoax is getting more complicated than I ever imagined. There seems to be so much more dirt than meets the eye. The venom is going to be in the tail of this beast and I am convinced you are running towards that tail.

Yes, Emily. I think that Mo and Souza have really hit paydirt here. I just had an inspiration...all the dirt is going to hit the fan during the Conrad Murray trial. Michael is going to use the trial to expose what was done to him.

Last night I blog de Souza law and Mo, and the truth had a mixture of anger and great pain that I think what he did to Michael Jackson, was the biggest injustice that could have been done. What made him the American judicial system and these vermin who were responsible for unjustly accusing apology no.
While the U.S. government proclaims itself the world champion of law and human rights, we see these things happen.
The state of California is one of the most crime, much is been made of police brutality against blacks and Latin people, false accusations and drug plantations. The truth I'm so sad for all this injustice is was subject to Michael, and if have did all this deception to desaperecer and never returned, how have is right. :twisted:

An ex-private investigator working in Las Vegas in the 90’s, was an insider in a plot to discredit Michael Jackson. Here he reveals exclusively to mjfiles how the conspiracy against Michael Jackson began:
“Michael Jackson was a guest of Steve Wynn, at His Mirage Casino, in Las Vegas, on several occasions. This was around the same time LaToya was on stage in Paris, with the Moulin Rouge. I was working part time for a Las Vegas private detective, and commuting to Los Angeles, to work on films.
The investigator I worked for had someone at the Mirage Casino, to call when Michael was visiting, or if he and his driver/bodyguard was going out at night. I thought at the time, that the Boss wanted to get into some paparazzi action, because it was not a case the agency was working on.
My teacher and chief investigator [at the agency], told me some of the information he was getting on Michael Jackson. At that time, he thought it was very funny. Michael would be driven around parking lots, and thru fast food places, and his guy would jump out and run into stores while Michael would stay in the car. MJ was cruising the parking lot for these reasons; celebs have a hard time just looking around, I have driven several around parking lots myself, just to get a malt and look at the lights, but MJ was being driven around the area known as the ‘Fruit Loop’, and in the parking lot of the Gypsy Bar (the oldest gay club in Las Vegas). He also was at the Glass Pool, this is an Icon of a motel, in the fashion world (lots of still shoots).
On July the 11th [1993], I got the call to come over to The Bosses house to have a drink, and that is when I was told about working a case to discredit Michael Jackson. And be around for the first calls. It was then clear to see this was in the planning stages for some time. My teacher and Chief investigator, knew I grew up in LA, and had worked all over the town, plus he wanted super good video, on this case. This was the day the office got the first calls about Michael and Jordan. June S. [Schwartz] was in a panic over what she had just seen, (that day or the day before ?) and it is my understanding that it was part of the settlement, to never repeat it.
[That same month] My Boss said,’hey would you like to go to Beverly Hills and go to Melvin Belli’s 86th birthday party’ I said yes, very fast. Melvin Belli was the Bosses ‘Gumba’ [friend] and I knew it would be some bash. I was at Melvin’s birthday party around July the 28th in Beverly Hills, and at that party this was said by someone that was (PI) that I thought was on MJ’s side, ‘they are going to clean him’ him being MJ, and this was said with laughter.
MY boss said the case was to prove MJ was a ‘chicken hawk’, and was contributing to the delinquency of a minor, but June thought it was to prove molestation. This is a very important point. June did not have the money to pay for such a big case, let alone Melvin Belli, old or not. Jordan was a way to get something on Michael without it being straight-out blackmail.
This is all a fact, and more than a few people in Las Vegas know about this. We never got to do the case. Evan Chandler got costody of Jordan, and took it to the police. O_O So this "Boss" or one of his d**khead companions could be who "triggered" MJ, right..? Wouldn't that make one of them his (God I hate typing this) "master"..?

I think the people that were and are after michael have been sorrly mistaken MJ for a foul. This man is not only a busniessman but his truly blessed. He walks with God in him. So if these people think they got their vengence, I think they better look harder at their own life. I myself am not investgating any more into the hoax, because it is already been done. I think that was only the beginning of the journey. I am now trying to wake up the people who do and don't believe to take a closer look at their surroundings.
As for V for Vendetta that has already been done by the brilliant demostration of Michael's disaperence.
V for Vengence I Believe that's the next journey we are all on. To take these people down a.nd make things right again, once in for all. So really I am way beyond the hoax now, I am trying to get people moving again. Its hard but if we all work with LOVE we will accomplish and help Michael forefill his phrophcey.
That to me is very important, that's why I will not stop until, I see solutions. And I believe some part of the truth as already about this whole thing as already been there been we are not seeing it because we are so focuced on the hoax. If we look away for a while the truth is there right infront of us, it within us all
if we chose to see and believe. Michael remminds of a BoB Marley song called Buffalo Soilder, when Michael had to fight alone. The thruth is that, he can't fight alone anymore, I believe that is part of the reason why he did what he did. The truth is that I don't think we will come back unless we come togther and fight with him. The truth is, if we love this planet, love our children, love the animals and love everthing in between, to believe in ourselves again and to believe in him I think he can accomplish everything we dream and hope for. So that Bob Marley song fits not just only him but all of us because if you look closely we all are fighting for survival. Except we have to do it together

I never realised what a negative impact that 2005 trial had on MJ's life before I read Aphrodite's book.
It was so sad that people still didn't believe he was innocent even after pronounced innocent by the court. It's so frustrating.
I think vendetta can be a reason for what is happening now. One of the reasons I mean, because I think there are more reasons.

It's called TRIAL BY MEDIA.
Trial by Media is a phrase popular in the late 20th century and early 21st century to describe the impact of television and newspaper coverage on a person's reputation by creating a widespread perception of guilt regardless of any verdict in a court of law.

By having the media the power to control the perception of people, they are also able to control and dominate the thinking, emotions, decisions and actions. Who is able to control the perception, it is able to control and dominate the pensameintos and behavior. The media become "judges" that something ominous to happen some fact immediately raises the verdict or sentence, which they report as "truthful information" and producing an evil that can hardly be repaired.
In my 44 years, had never known a device's media so vile, lying, and evil as the current one.

I understand what you mean, no doubt about that. But Michael did not leave a clear manual how to go about fighting off 'the bad guys'. There are people who are not all that intelligent and how will they understand this matter? There are young people busy with growing up, what do we tell them? I admire MJJ for all he is, no doubt about it, however he should have left us a book , a manual and not just clues that a simple person cannot find or understand, or people that don't really knew his work cannot understand. We will not be like the children of Israel that spent 40 yrs on an 11 day journey. The prayers of the righteous availeth much. Speaking about V for Vendetta, I keep remember a sentence there:
"Yes I created a lie, but because you believed it you found something true about yourself"
In my opinion MJ's "death" awoke a lot of people, made them search, some of them for justice, some of them for the truth, some of them for hidden meanings...anyway, his "death" shook the world.
We don't know for sure if he is alive or not,but I know for sure I am "traped" in his story for exactly 8 months and 6 days now. And if my guess is true, it's going to be one full year :)
During this time I went through all sort of emotions, met a lot of interesting people and learned a lot about myself and about the world.
If it's all an illusion, it still worths the trouble of living it.

there are a lot of references in what mj did to 'v for vendetta', the color scheme, mask wearing, some dance routines form a 'v' (like in 'you rock my world' - all in black and red, too!), last but not least, he owned such a mask himself, prince was wearing it at some point when they were still always masked to go out.
it's originally a comic-book (artful comic, more for grown-ups) and they made a movie out of it, so the story has been around before the movie. and michael is a great fan of both comics and film. :mrgreen:

Again, I wouldn't care if he was, but I really don't think he is gay. Of course that is only from what I have seen in his public appearances, but I can assure you I have a huge gay-detector and he doesn't have that vibe at all, not even when he is wearing lashes 2 times as long as mine.
Besides that, I think certain people wanted to make the public believe he was gay, to discredit him. Something I as a Dutchie don't understand, but in the States it is still an issue if you are gay.
So let's assume you followed that car, how do you know it was him in that car? That is my question to you. If it was your boss's goal to discredit Mike, who says he wouldn't make you think it was him? And wasn't that car blinded? If he didn't come out, how do you know he was even in there?
If there is something I learned these past months, is that nothing is what it seems when it comes to Michael Jackson.
Just let me tell you that whatever you might have seen, it could have been a big illusion, in whatever way.

There was no attack toward you within the question. Remember how I started the post with asking for clarification since I may have misunderstood. You brought up a new and, as you can imagine, hot topic. If someone suggests that they know something firsthand or through reliable sources then they will be questioned to determine their credibilty. That's not attacking, That is good investigative work on the part of the person asking the questions. As a P.I. , you should fully understand that method.
Now... back to the original question. Are you telling us that MJ was driven around the gay section of Las Vegas for the purpose of looking for gay men? I ask because I can go to gay bars or gay night clubs to hang out with gay friends but I am not gay. Just because someone is seen in a gay area doesn't automatically mean that they are either. The owner of the agency had someone in the hotel section of the Mirage Casino, that would call whenever Mr. Jackson would leave the hotel at night, this type of thing is a standard operation. [no big deal] The agency would often have a person waiting near a known exit, just sitting in their car. [we used radios, not cell phones] I put in many hours doing just that, when I was an apprentice. [but not in 1993, I had moved beyond this work]....this will come out, a Jackson family representative has replied, in an email sent to me, that they know most of this already.....The only reason it is not, "out yet", is because it says too much about Michael Jackson being gay, but His gay life style [or bi?] will be part of the murder investigation being carried out by the family.....Don't believe me?...OK, just wait and see.

Maybe HE didn't do it, but those who planned the original plan sent out someone else to fool you. You get us? It is impossible to know for a fact what happened, simply because we can't even say for sure it was him.

I just thought about that....Michael was stying in the "Bungalows" on most {but not all] of His Mirage visits....so He would have left by the rear or side exits?.....My old Boss did not go into the details of this, so I'am not sure......In 1993 I worked most of the time in the film industry. google IMDB, and then search my name, ****, for some of my work history....MJfiles has a story about this, and it is on several other sites.

Sorry I didn't know that names were not to be used on this forum....I use my real name most of the time..... like all people in film production, I can't hide that easy.....I did see the English Michael Jackson Nevi, I think that is the name, and he said he was a decoy for Mr. Jackson, many times....This must be part of this sites topics.

No, we're not talking about impersonators, but real doubles. Navi is not similar enough by far to fool people.

I just read the inquiry...Details?....about the statements made by my old Boss, this would tell the most.....The Boss thought the whole thing was very funny, but he was not anti-gay. He liked the places that Mj would go to, like the "Glass Pool" a fashion Icon from the 60tys, and drive thru's. plus places to just sit and look at the lights.....this sort of thing is not unusual for Celebs visitng Las Vegas, but the main reason Michael was at the Mirage Casino in 1992 , was to work with Sigfried and Roy......The big thing about what happened, [my boss, having MJ tailed] was the fact the the Boss was very close friends with one of the music Execs. that wanted control of the ATV Beatles catalog [but I'am not doing names, not my problem, and I don't want it to be]...I thought the family would like some more information, and they might, I have had some inquiries.....If Mr. Jackson was using decoys for His Las Vegas trips, it would make more sense to use them so He could go to Las Vegas, without being hounded....I hope this helps in Your efforts.
