Michael Jackson Dad Gets Medical Records

Joe Jackson is entitled to get copies of Michael Jackson's medical records ... according to the judge in the Michael Jackson estate case.
According to the judge's ruling, Joe Jackson is only entitled to records from UCLA made on the day Jackson died.
Joe Jackson wants the records for a possible wrongful death case.

This is VERY interesting news, I think there will be some pretty amazing developments after Joe receives the files...

We're here to find out what the truth is, right? With that in mind, I do think that this is a good thing.

I can see him getting those records because everything has already been made very public and this is an ongoing investigation. However, had he gotten ALL of MJs records, I would have found that very suspect. It would seem the MJ would have to sign a release of information form in order for that to happen. That is what I've always said in re: should he or could he get all of Michael's medical info. Absolutely NOT. It would constitute an invasion of Michael's right to privacy and a federal violation of the HIPPA Act.

Hi everyone, the link I posted that just got deleted, stated that anyone who views these files has to sign a confidentiality agreement. I wonder how much Joe can talk about them if he has to sign an agreement like that. It also says that they can not be copied.

I think that if this is a hoax, then MJ would probably want all the data concerning his so-called death removed from the UCLA Hospital and transfer them to secure hands(HIS HANDS....NOT JOE'S).....This could be a possibility if this hoax thing is wrapping up.

UPDATE: Howard Weitzman, lawyer for the estate, tells TMZ, "The estate has no problem with the Court's ruling which substantially limits what Mr. Jackson was asking for."
Some one can explain to me what they want to say with "for a possible wrongful death case"

...or, perhaps by allowing Joe to handle the records it makes it convenient for them to claim when time comes to discuss them at trial, in the small event it ever gets to that, that they have been lost or possibly misfiled and unavailable and cannot be entered into evidence. They could even insinuate that they had been tampered with and deemed inadmissible. In that scenario, perhaps Joe could be a part of the hoax.
