When the investigation into Michael Jackson's death stalled a few months ago, the King of Pop's oldest son Prince made an emotional plea to detectives to get justice for his late father, The ENQUIRER has learned exclusively.
And in what could be a major breakthrough for prosecutors, the brave 13-year-old has offered to testify against his dad's personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, who was formally charged with involuntary manslaughter on Feb. 8.
"It's possible Dr. Murray would never have been charged if it wasn't for Prince's impassioned appeal to police a few months ago to 'get justice for our daddy,'" revealed a source close to the investigation.
"The police were giving an update to some members of the Jackson family. When it appeared they could not offer a date when Dr. Murray would be arrested, Prince, who'd been listening outside the room, entered.
"He surprised detectives with an emotional statement. Prince told them 'not to give up' and said their father had told him and his sister Paris many times that 'anything is possible if you want it hard enough and you work hard enough.'
"Prince even offered to testify against Dr. Murray because he said, 'I was there - it'll be in my memory forever.'
"The hard-nosed detectives were practically moved to tears. The investigation picked up - and Prince is to thank for that."
Added a Jackson family friend: "Prince is the only person, aside from the doctor, who saw what really happened - and he says he thinks that the doctor did something wrong, that he killed his dad!
"Prince says he saw blood on his father's clothes, and there were times the doctor would not let him and the other kids in the bedroom to see their dad."

Hmm.. it is a possibility Prince will give evidence.. we were told he was called up by Dr Murray to witness him give CPR..
Prince could be crucial and if all this is true and MJ is gone... then Prince should be able to do that for his daddy.
I know he is a child, but children can be immensely resilient and Prince may feel it his his duty to stand up and tell the truth for his father.

Prince said there was blood on Michael's clothes. I had the weirdest dream the other night that MJ was standing beside my bed and there was blood on his shirt (on his chest) and on his left hand. That was all that was in the dream. I woke up immediately and got up and prayed.

I haven't heard anything about that. Where was it and when was it found? I thought the autopsy said he arrived at the hospital with no clothes on.

Omg I had a dream exactly like that and after I had it my cousin had it also the next night!!! She was horrified and she could barely sleep. I remember like yesterday because I was in the bed and I woke up and he stood on the side of my bed with blood on his shirt and on his hands and he just stared at me really hurtful like!!!
I started crying and asking him what happened but he just kept staring at me!!! Then eventually he turned and walked into my sisters room and I woke up screaming and crying!!! That's a day tho I didn't really wanna talk or hear about him because of that and I wanted to know what that was all about so I culd barely sleep either for a day or 2 :cry: it still hurts me now but I also had 3 other dreams that I can't really explain :cry:

In the dream I had he didn't have a mean look on his face, he was just standing there. I have to admitt it did unnerve me. I woke up immediately and got up and went to pray. In the dream I only saw one hand and it was very bloody and the skin was torn. (This was before the autopsy came out.) I do not know if there was any damage to his hand (s) or not. I have not had the courage to read the report myself. I have only read the threads on it. I did find a picture of the bloody shirt on the internet after I read the last post. Why would he have been bleeding at all? It doesn't make sense.
I think these dreams mean something. We should start a thread and ask people to post dreams they have had about him. There may be a pattern. Maybe he is trying to show us something.

I agree with you. Anything that involves Michael's children appearing at the trial and giving evidence means game over for me too. No way in hell would Michael put his kids through a trial if this is a hoax.

It's like they made up a story to explain, why Michael had no clothes on (as written in the autopsy report).
And the words, they said were Prince's, actually sound like Michael's words. Of course, Prince might use Michael's words as he is his son.
But doesn't it sound like a plea to us? Do you think a 13-year-old tells LAPD "don't give up"?

That the shirt was on CNN, doesn't necessarily make it "real".

My cousin does not believe in the Enquirer she said this story is just another way to believe in Michaels death.

The Enquirer is garbage!! They also write about 2 headed aliens. Don't beLIEve that either! The bloody shirt don't make no bloody sense. If Michael did, and I still don't beLIEve that he did, have a cardiac arrest, why would there be blood all over his clothes. :shock: This is why I still believe in the hoax, even with the autopsy report and the court drama....because so much just doesn't add up!! :? From the O2 conference to the ambulance picture, the Memorial, the Burial, the movie, and everything else since and in between. :? :( :o :shock: :x :?: :?: :?: 8-)

The national enquier is not a reliable magazine. It is total bs! Prince would not be a key witness, they would have the body guards testify before they would be a 13 year old boy on the stand. They already have proof that Murray gave him propofol, he admitted to it. They don't need a child to testify as to what they saw. The 911 call proves that Murray was in the wrong with CPR, he was doing it on the bed as oppose to the floor. Murray waited a long time before having someone call 911. The proof of negligence is from Murray himself and the 911 call.

@Ninanina, i guessed someone would get me wrong when i wrote that, lol. I didn't mean that was something genuine, what i wanted to say was the t shirt thing wasn't made up on the internet or something but CNN showed it so may be it was really in the house. That t shirt doesn't scare me or make me lose hope, cause i think if it really was there then it could be a clue. It feels like Michael, you know... Just to add some suspense to the thriller movie? Well i don't know :|

Isnt the National Enquirer the magazine that printed a story in December stating that MJ had 6 months to live.. and then he did "die" exactly 6 months later???

The only way I will beleieve this is if I actually see Prince on the stand....and even then Im not sure I would beleieve it, cus TMZ will most likely be there!! LOL

Has anyone seen MJ wear a check jacket like that in the cupboard? I thought it was the same one he wore to Oliver in London 2009 (mjj pictures) http://mjjgallery.free.fr/2009/various/ ... er/014.jpg (http://mjjgallery.free.fr/2009/various/london2009/oliver/014.jpg) but now i don't think it is. It is possible that Murray needed to mop up blood from somewhere and used an item of clothing from the closet and put it back again. But having said that, the crime scene was searched so you think this would be mentioned in 'evidence collected' in the autopsy report. Where does this picture come from anyway? If someone leaked this from LAPD i would be worried, but how do we know it was even taken by them?
I also think that although the autopsy report and affidavit is out, there's a lot more information the LAPD have in terms of evidence. I don't think they would give Murray the advantage of releasing all the details and discoveries of their investigation before it is heard in trial.
I just wonder though, whether all the evidence they collected will be made public, or only the evidence needed or relevant to convict him of involuntary manslaughter? Like Mesereau said, they can only convict him of a crime using the evidence they have. How do you prove whether Murray was accidentally negligent or whether he meant it?

Yeah that's right. Why would he even hang the shirt back up nicely on the hanger in the closet. Not only that, he left all the propofol evidence there too. He's not very smart at covering his tracks is he? Did he want to get caught or something?

Could be the shirt was worn when they did the resuscitation, are the bloodpatterns on the shirt consistent with the AR puncture wounds.
But then why hang it up again in a closet, makes no sense. Unless the shirt picture is fake, enscenated by a tabloid. OR the closet was the easiest way to get rid of it and not be found for the first couple of hours/days.

@Mashmike...thanks for that. I have been praying for the interpretation of the dream since I had it. I woke up last night and heard very clearly..."he wants you to leave it alone." That's very interesting the interpretation your aunt gave. I believe it all ties in together.
