Can anyone explain to me how is according to Lou Ferrigno Mike couldn't pick up 1 lb. weights when he was working out. But Mike had very heavy costumes designed for him for TII tour, for example costume for "Black&White" weights 10lb.
So Mike couldn't pick up 1lb. weights, but would dance and run on the stage with all this heavy costumes??

I think he might have been having a laugh wth him they had fun together. Cdid not him at the funeral strange as they seemed close

Yeah a 5 year old could pick up a 1 pound weight haha. I'm sure he was just joking.

If you were watching an interview then I think it was misinterpreted. I understood him to mean that Michael "wouldn't", not "couldn't" lift the weights. The lady cut him off from his full sentence. Michael didn't want to build muscle he just wanted to be healthy. But, I could be wrong in my interpretation too.

I agree 100%...he didn't wanna bulk up so he avoided weights...probably did really simple exercises for long periods of time...help with endurance...which is what a dancer needs :D :D :D
