I don't recall seeing a photo of Michael being wheeled out of his house on a gurney, do you? I saw the one in the ambulance, but not this one :!:

Sue Happy Joe Jackson Strikes Again!
The well has run dry, Joe Jackson.
Give it up!
The money-hungry Jackson is looking to sue multiple media outlets that published an image of Michael Jackson, on the day of his death, being wheeled out of his home on a gurney and into an ambulance.
Joe's lawyer claims the pic is an invasion of the "family's privacy" and would like to take action against the publications as soon as a judge grants him the right to peruse through Michael's medical records.
Like that'll happen!

Respectfully pointing out that calling Joe "sue happy" isn't very nice. Joe is Michael's Dad after all. Not sure he'd like to see his family made fun of. I wouldn't.
Not to mention, it's entirely posible Joe has an agenda here that isn't *quite* apparent to the casual observer.

I know. I was refering to your use of the same words for the subject of the post. In a way that is condoning the mockery the media likes to make out of Joe and the entire Jackson family.

Bec, I didn't copy the the words into the subject header. If you look at some of the other threads you will see it does the same.
It wasn't my intention to hurt anyone. But point taken, maybe I can alter an offensive headline somehow.

When Joe is quiet or not doing things like this, people say he didn't care about Michael, blah blah blah. But when he's trying to get justice for his son, he's called "sue happy"? lol & when pictures come out people say "why isn't the family doing something about this? Then Joe does & because it's Joe, it's bad or stupid. I mean maybe he's after money or maybe he does actually care. You don't know the man & you don't know his intentions or why he's doing this.
