Does anyone know if the missing serveillance footage was ever found? I am very frustrated with the LAPD. Seeing how they treated MJ and how they are handling this case, ig make me wonder if they're even taking this case serious. Maybe thats why the L.A. County D.A isn't communicating with them. Had that been in my hometown the police would have been all over the case with solid results within a week. Jennifer Hudson's parents were killed here and within a couple of days the police dept. had completely solved the case. (Its as though this is a big joke to them) What is the problem with the L.A.P.D. :x :x

I remember something being said about a misunderstanding or a confusion about the whole thing and that there was not serveillance footage from that day or something like that.

Thanks CrazyBanana for the information.
I find it strange that they're now saying he didn't have video serveillance in and around the home.

LAPD is a joke seriously. They have a verrry shady case solving history. And after reviewing what happened in 2005 with MJ trials I dont trust them as far as I can spit. :(
-
and they are probably glad to see MJ gone. :( Honestly if we look at how this case has been handled for the past just about 8 months are they honestly doing their jobs or do they feel it is a joke , is it their way of saying yeah we'd get him one day.

I think that is why the FBI is involved Michael know lapd wouldn't help them without influence

Exactly, they didn't like him them so why would they be so concerned now about this situation??? Michael showed and told us on video how the LAPD treated him. I'm glad the FBI stepped in and wish they would investigate the LAPD as well. They are the worst bunch of policemen I've ever heard of. They remind me of the cops from Reno 911.

BTW..about the 8 months! I was watching TMZ live the other day and someone asked why it was taking so long and Harvey said theyre not really taking so long, that they want to investigate well or something like that and then he said its not like MJ is coming back to life...so i guess thats theyre philosophy...

Are we sure that some ( definately not everyone ) from the LAPD aren't part of the hoax ?
I beleive that there are some key players in there and obviously in positions that can create all this confusions and delays...
I mean, c'mon , how useless could these people be????????

Surveillance recordings are key evidence in this case, it will show exactly what happened. There is something very wrong if they are missing.

I am also wondering about the home across the street from MJ's old home, I believe it was one of Elvis's old homes, but what I was wondering if that home had camra's maybe had caught something, or homes next to MJ's, they may have carmas also, it is an upscale neiborhood.

I bet that the family took the Tapes when they got his things out of the house there

I was thinking that whoever was doing the plotting took it. But who knows for sure, the family could have also taken it or deleted some of the footage. Because initially they said both.....that there were gaps in it and some of it completely missing. But now they're saying there never were tapes! They're just going back and forth

Well now the investigation is officially finished and the charges filed, the investigative reports could well be made public since the trial is being prepared. It will become clear from those reports hopefully.

Hopefully it will be on the report! Another thought, we know how the LAPD didn't like Michael, so they could have done it also, trying to protect the person that they saw on the footage, attempting to murder who they thought was MJ.
