I am currently in a 3 way voice chat with MO , SOUZA and TMZ and myself of coarse.
I did not record it becuase it was spontanious but you can call for yourlsef and you will most likely get the same exact freaky convo we just had.
WE saw our members posts on how the courts are closed today or that at least some of the judical system is closed for furlough and decided to call the courts but they are closed, so then we decided to call TMZ at this number 1-888-847-9869 and a girl answered and she was polite and I asked If this line is where I can ask a ? and before she even responded to me I asked anyway since it was the hot tip line and she might not let me ask so i just asked anyway.
I asked can you tell me why is michael jackson not on your rip list and she stumbled and said OH OH OH HOLD ON , So the phone went dead and souza and mo are listening carefully then a guy answers the phone and you can here how busy it is at TMZ's office, He asked me how he could help me and I immediatly said How can murray appear in court today when the court is closed, is the court closed ,if so how is murray going to appear in court and HIS responce was A big thing, Keep watching just keep watching, just watch. and he said this with meaning behind it and with a smirkish tone as if he was hiding something but telling me to keep watching, then I said ok ill watch but why is mike not in your rest in peace list(R.I.P) list and he instantly replies, well thats a good one but Im going to send that ? to the higher ups and see what they have to say about that cuase i cant answer that. then i hung up in shock and mo and souza were pissing their pants.

So Kolo called TMZ again, and he got the girl again. He asked how could Murray appear in court while the court's closed and she said that the court was not closed today, but they were laughing very hard on the background.

California Furlough Friday Schedule
Due to the California state budget crisis, the governor has mandated required days off with no pay for almost all state workers which are nicknamed "Furlough Fridays." This program started in January 2009. According to the Department of Personnel Administration (DPA), the exceptions include CHP officers (but not CHP staff), EDD unemployment office phone staff, state parks, and CalFire firefighters.
Generally, this means state prisons, state hospitals, and other 24-hour operations will remain open during holidays and Furlough Fridays. Most other offices will close on Furlough Fridays including DMV and state courts. The state university system (UC and CSU) will follow their own customized furlough schedule.
Scheduled Furlough Fridays in calendar year 2010:

* February 5, 12, 19
* March 5, 12, 19
* April 2, 9, 16
* May 7, 14, 21
* June 4,11, 18
Cities and counties are not subject to the state furlough schedule, although they may have their own furlough schedule due to their own budget difficulties.

the tone of voice and the way they answered me had us 3 shivering. and the explanation as to why michael isnt on the rip list was just a big WTF?

Yup. They are mocking hoax believers & they are giving you all crazy answers on purpose to feed into your belief of the hoax. I wouldn't take anything they say seriously, just wait & see what happens with Murray. I haven't seen anything on any big news channels so I'm thinking TMZ is just doing it for viewers or they are in on it. we're now told that Dr. Conrad Murray's lawyers plan on holding a news conference near the courthouse where Dr. Murray was set to be arraigned today in the death of Michael Jackson.
We're told attorneys Ed Chernoff and J. Michael Flanagan will publicly complain that they have become pawns in a feud between the L.A. County D.A. and the LAPD.
Although Chernoff's publicist told TMZ this morning Dr. Murray will come to the courthouse ... it's unclear if he'll be at the news conference.
Unless things change in the next hour, criminal charges will not be filed against Dr. Murray today.
TMZ broke the story about the feud between the D.A. and the LAPD over how Dr. Murray is brought to court. The D.A. was working with Murray's lawyers for a voluntary surrender ... the LAPD wants to place him under arrest and bring him into court.
Of course, TMZ will cover the news conference live ... we're guessing it should go down around 1:30 PM PT.
UPDATE: Ed Chernoff just confirmed the news conference, but said due to "safety concerns" it will be held at a park 12 blocks from the courthouse. He did not say if Dr. Murray will be there.

Exactly, I'm actually not watching might be a stupid choice but I'll just wait and see. I rather not support TMZ, it definitely feels like they're playing with us. Well, at least we're not that easily fooled ;)

Dr. Conrad Murray will walk into court on his own free will Monday and face the judge after being charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
Our sources say counsel for Murray spoke by phone with members of the L.A. County District Attorney's Office this morning and the D.A. agreed Dr. Murray could surrender without being arrested.
Unless the LAPD intervenes on its own and hooks Dr. Murray up, we're told he'll show up in court with a bail bondsman on Monday. We're also told the recommended bail will be $25,000, which will be posted on the spot.
Sources also tell TMZ the arraignment will take place at 1:30 PM on Monday.
The judge will order Dr. Murray to go to an LAPD station for booking. It's unclear how long Murray will have to appear at the station.

We are not there talking to the lawyer or murray or inside LAPD seeing the real truth for ourselves. We're just out here in tv or cyber land getting sucked into whatever illusion they feed us.

Doesn't matter if we hear news reports on Fox or NBC or BBC or any big one. All someone has to do is feed them the lies and they report it. IDK how any of them or if they do double check their sources before reporting.
You heard what Mo found out from the coroner that there is that 1% of someone dummying up a death certificate. We are not there talking to the lawyer or murray or inside LAPD seeing the real truth for ourselves. We're just out here in tv or cyber land getting sucked into whatever illusion they feed us.

Death certificates are occasionally used to fake a person's death for insurance fraud and to evade law enforcement officials or irate relatives. "Official" Los Angeles County death certificates, for example, were readily available in the mid-1990s for between $500 and $1,000 each. For fraudulent purposes, people have often used death certificates from remote nations and from countries in turmoil.
To complete death certificates, funeral directors first insert the decedent's personal information, including the name, sex, date of death, social security number, age at last birthday, birth date, birthplace, race, current address, usual occupation, educational history, service in the U.S. armed forces, site and address of death, marital status, name of any surviving spouse, parents' names, and informant's name and address. They also include the method and site of body disposition (burial, cremation, donation, or other) and sign the form. The responsible physician must then complete, with or without using an autopsy, his or her sections of the certificate. These include the immediate cause(s) of death; other significant conditions contributing to the death; the manner of death; the date, time, place, and mechanism of any injury; the time of death; the date the death was pronounced; whether the medical examiner was notified; and his or her signature. The death certificate then passes to the responsible local and state government offices, where, based on that document, a burial permit is issued. The death certificate, or at least the information it contains, then goes to the state's bureau of vital statistics and from there to the United States Center for Health Statistics.
