Oo oo oo oo oo, now THIS is interesting...

Quote
Murray, who was Jackson's doctor when the pop star died last summer, will nonetheless show up at the Los Angeles courthouse airport location to surrender at 1:30 p.m. PST Friday, as previously planned, a spokesman for his legal team told Karas.

If authorities refuse to take him into custody for a court arraignment, then Murray and his lawyers will meet with reporters outside the courthouse, Miranda Sevcik said.

Well well well. Looks like we have a press conference planned.

"A surrender -- in which a defendant turns himself at a police station for booking -- would allow the doctor to avoid being seen in public handcuffed and escorted by police."

Gee, the authorities in LA didn't afford poor Michael this opportunity did they. No, he was handcuffed and escorted by police into the police station for booking, remember, in full view of waiting cameras, and he was innocent. Now Murray, who may have killed Michael, not saying he did or didn't,  is allowed to run about the country un-checked for the past 7 months  - SO WRONG.

And I thought the legal system in Ireland was bad!

Now why would authorities "refuse" to arrest Murray? Maybe posibly cuz THERE IS NO REAL "DEATH" INVESTIGATION AND THIS IS ALL A HOAX...

I can't believe some are losing touch with reality so easily.

It remained to be seen whether the bizarre spectacle of Murray trying to surrender without a criminal case being filed would come to pass.

Yes Kuki72, this is quite telling.

More than 70 police (and FBI?) officers raided Neverland Ranch for an alleged child molestation case (in 1993 an 2003, so twice, actually) and now: an officially ruled homicide case and a confessed defendent who does not know where and when  to surrender himself?

And neither law enforcement nor district attorney does even care?

Is that comparatively appropriate or just too ridiculous ... ?

YOU DECIDE.
