onrad Murray Plans to Surrender

TMZ has learned Dr. Conrad Murray is in L.A. and plans to surrender tomorrow morning in an L.A. courtroom in connection with Michael Jackson's death ... sources tell TMZ.
As we first reported, the Los Angeles County District Attorney will charge Dr. Murray with involuntary manslaughter as early as this week. Based on Murray's plan to surrender, the charges would have to be filed before the court appearance.
What is unclear -- Will Dr. Murray surrender or will the LAPD arrest him and take him into custody?

The day i see Dr Murray in handcuffs is the day i have to accept MJ is gone forever.
Mixed feelings on this one... i know i have to let go, if he gets arrested it cannot be a hoax.

C'mon, we don't even know if Dr. Murray exists. That thing in court about child support was DEFINITIVELY fake. And, IMO, that thing about his allegedly real identity is pretty good since the addresses match.
We hear this "he will be arrested" sh*t since july/august and still nothing. And we have some real good evidence his name is not this one. So, if I see a picture of him in handcuffs I still won't believe Michael is gone.

If the doctor goes to trial, and is found not guilty: again, watch the family. If they make an uproar (which they are certainly capable of doing, with all the publicity that they get)—and show truths about a murder plot, then MJ is really dead. But if they act nearly the same as at the memorial and funeral, then MJ is alive. And last of all, if MJ returns before the Murray trial—well I hope that will give you closure!!! Whatever, something is sure to happen soon and very soon.

Our friend Murray will be charged with manslaughter, (no intent to kill, he did not know what he was doing), the official spoke on condition of anonymity (how rare), they'll have to see if there is sufficient evidence .. . will wait and see, now begins the other part of the show 8-)

as if ppl just sit around and wait for the call of being charged with manslaughter. Thats just too weird for me, why not just go down there if your sitting around waiting for it to happen?

All of this high drama is crazy. Either the DA is going to charge him or they or not. Why all of this "it's going to happen, it's going to happen"
I cannot believe the DA is not going to have a grand jury. It's a running joke in the DA's office (I use to work there), that you can get the grand jury to indict a ham sandwich. In other words, why would the DA not take the case to the grand jury where they could get an easy indictmet? Why have a prelim hearing which will cause a media circus (grand juries are held in secert). I think the DA doesn't believe they can win this case, so they're going to allow the public to see the evidence and if the judge holds Murray for trial, then he'll plead to a lessor charge and end up not spending one day in jail.

Well, I don't think they will go that far and fake someones arresting, but that's just my opinion.
All I can say about this Murray-case: It's making me nervous like never before... :?

You saw everything TMZ says Murray, now supposedly be submitted tomorrow, and Set bail at $ 25,000.00, 8-) I do not know if I'm going crazy but I now see numbers everywhere, 2 +5 = 7 :lol: :lol: :lol:

To be honest, that creepy ass man with his 99 children of 98 different women, if he even exists, is shady enough that he might be going to jail for whatever reason, if he ever goes to jail at all. You know what I mean? I really don't give a peep about that and it won't make me lose my faith.
