[on being asked what he thought his funeral would be like in 2002] It's going to be the greatest show on Earth. That's what I want. Fireworks and everything.
and here's another - can't find the date though:
I would like some way to disappear where people don't see me anymore at some point. I don't want to grow old. I never want to look in the mirror and see that.

Don't know what to think, he says this and also in 2002 he says "you ain't seen nothin yet" I can't make sense of it.

The above quote is what I have in mind when some of our members seem sure that Michael will return and make a big comeback-apart from the implications I think the above statement says it all. I have never thought he will return.
Pity that his so called "funeral" was not such a good sendoff and the greatest show on earth but I suppose to not reveal the hoax it had to be pretty exclusive and as low key as possible for the King of pop, also the Jackson siblings (especially LaToya and Jermaine) couldn't organise a *iss up in a brewery!! :lol:

He has always said he wants to be remembered young. Also, I don't remember what book it was, but in one of his books he also mentioned something about disappearing. It was something to the effect of getting out of the sight of media, but still keep helping children.

well if he didnt want to come back why not make his death more believable without any doubt,that way most fans would have mourned and moved on,this way we are still suffering and i cant believe mj would do that to his fans.remember its the fans that make the stars and mj loves his fans more than any other star

I remember reading the qoute that he would like to disappear I was kinda like :shock:
And when he said that he wanted fireworks and everything I remember thinking Oh my God, he had this planned to a T.

If Michael really wanted fireworks at his funeral he would have left instructions. The forest lawn funeral had nothing of what he wanted.
