Guys im afraid this may be over, the investigation is complete and murray did infact KILL michael, he is going to face charges and he may be going to jail for 15 years , i recieved a message about it. guys this isnt looking to good so far :(

well if he is sued and goes to jail... then we really have lost MJ.. BUT until then i still believe MJ is alive.... the sec murray goes to jail i will accept the fact MJ is dead... :?

did you get the message from a facebook group "Michael Jackson fan family" or something? I got that message too and they said that they weren't joking and that it was serious stuff that Murray is going to be charged cause it's now proved that he indeed KILLED Michael. But i'm not sure if they gave any sources. if it's not on even TMZ, i don't know if it's a good idea at all to panic over a message from a facebook group. But if it's in the news then there's ofcourse things to worry about. I hate it! I hate it! I hate it!! Can't they just tell it's all a hoax and no one's going to be sued cause no death was there? :x :( :cry:

Isn't it the case that before a person goes to jail we expect a court case with a judge and a jury? And the question if there are enough evidences to send someone to jail will be decided by those? Judge. Jury. Court.

Haven't we all learned the lesson?
This type of news could have big impact on everyone. Before reporting them here, please do a minimum research: after all aren't we all supposed to be "investigators"? If no real website is reporting this and we have info from a blog, a social network or a "friend" we should not take it for granted, at all. Even things that go published on the press we all know that can be false, you can imagine what people can say when they don't have to report to anyone.
This news, as reported, is fake.

yes it was from a facebook group i think it might have been fan family not sure i got it twice lol.

Michael Jackson's doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray, will be charged with involuntary manslaughter in the pop star's death, reports FOXNews.com. The network says an unnamed law-enforcement official has informed them that Dr. Murray will be charged within the next two weeks.
TMZ is reporting that the district attorney has enough evidence to move forward with criminal charges against Dr. Murray, however, the case is not without complications. According to TMZ's "very informed source," Dr. Murray did not break any laws by giving Propofol to Jackson.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office is denying any decision has been made to charge Dr. Conrad.

Just because he is getting sued does not mean he will go to jail. I lawsuit is a civil suit, which means if he loses he will have to pay monetary damages. He will only go to jail if the government brings criminal charges against him and he is convicted! Calm down! This is just a ploy of the Jacksons.
