I have been pondering this for awhile..decided to post this..
There had been some discussion awhile ago of Paris at the memorial that when she
was on stage with the family and was fidgiting with her ear and looked as though she
put something in her purse..The photos below with her is taken from
MJJpictures..2009..the memorial.
I cropped and lightened her ear but it came out blurry...after close examination of
the photos i came to the conclusion she had either a hearing aide or another device
in her ear..maybe some with good photoshop skills could view them

Its not the lighting.If there is something there,its a sound reciever.NOT A HEARING AID.like lil walkie talkie things,MJ wears them on stage.They all had one on,someone was talking to them thru it.. ;)

it really looks like one of these spy micro earpieces, i think its different to those that people use on stage

It's hard to understand if it's just the light or a real hearing aid, but it might be; maybe her daddy was giving her instructions; that's what I hope ;)

It is light, there are videos in the cemetery where you can appreciate the same ;)

hi im new here but to me it appears as if she takes a device out of her ear and untangles the cord from her necklace and hair and then tries to hand it to janet without anybody noticing....maybe im imagining things?? she sure is doing alot of fidgeting...maybe shes just nervous??

She probably was being fed what to say through her ear. Who knows? I'm not trying to be disrespectful or say her feelings weren't genuine. Of course she loves her daddy. I just think it could be possible because I remember Brooke Shields saying that the family tried to give her a prepared speech for her to say. She said that she didn't want to say it because she had her own thing that she wanted to say. Now doesn't that seem odd? Why would they prepare a speech for someone else to say?

what is as odd as anything is that she seems to have no real interest in what marlon is saying when everyone else around her seems to be trying to comfort him.

I have first hand knowledge of hearing aids....
does not look like that to me........
seems like there is something there, just don't know what exactly.
However, didn't Michael fidget with his earpiece in TII......
something about an inner ear problem, feels like a fist shoved in it.......
