It still does not mean it is not a hoax. I mean Murray could get a slap on the wrist or serve 2 or 3 months in jail. That is a small amount of time, when you think about it. He could serve for a short time and make milions from being paid to go along with it. Did you see Murray in court, ( for child support charges), well did you see how many attorneys were representing him ? There were 5 attorneys surrounding him and heloping him with a small child support case. All these attorneys for a man who is supposedly broke. Attorneys are very expensive ansd somehow he managed to have 5 attyorneys when he
shoild not have enough money to pay for one attorney. Just think 5 attorneys for a $13,000.00 child support case, which is a real small amount if child support. The real question is who is paying for his attorneys ??
Also, just think if he is indicted Im bet he probaly have 10 or more attorneys handling his case.
As someone or some entity is indeed protecting this man.

I still believe that Michael is alive. I agree that the news today could be a marketing ploy, to get Michael back in the news again, and for the This Is It DVD. I also believe that this was done possibly to get people to stop calling the LAPD about the case. Before when there was nothing in the news and people called about it all of a sudden there was news about it on TV. Now, it's been months again, and people calling and emailing the LAPD and all of a sudden it's on the news again. Today while listening to CNN about involuntary manslaughter, and someone saying the investigation being complete, I read under the pic they were showing that the investigation was still ongoing, and prosecutors had no comment. So, what what being said verbally, and at the same time what was being said in writting were contradicting eachother.

Michael is brilliant. He's getting everyone's (the non believers) attention back on him. Does everyone remember his story of the snake and the mouse? I'm just amazed that there are people on the website who still aren't seeing the big picture even after all the clues and brilliant insights of all of the posters. His timing is impeccable and I know that he will get every millisecond of publicity out of this. I am very much enjoying the show from a front row seat. I feel very sad for all of those who have missed out.

Very confident. I don't think I could say this with 100% certainty! If Murray is not charged and January is a clue filled month, then I think we should have a little more trust in this person! Things are heating up again ;)

The timing of an indictment will be dictated by two factors - how long it takes for the district attorney's office to conduct an internal review of the evidence and when the grand jury will be available to hear the case.
The person said it was thought that it would be more efficient to go to a grand jury than to charge Murray and proceed by way of a preliminary hearing.
A presentation to the grand jury where witnesses testify behind closed doors could take three to five days.
Well....he hasn't be indicted yet! We've been patient this long, lets not jump the gun and just see what happens within the next month or so. They seem to be dragging the indictment. He either did it or he didn't. But of course they want to be more "efficient" sounds more to me like buying time. Lets just keep our eyes open..... :shock: :shock: :shock:

Michael Jackson's doctor looks set to be charged over the singer's death, according to the website TMZ.
Los Angeles police will present their case against Dr Conrad Murray to the District Attorney's office within weeks, the celebrity site said.
LAPD sources are quoted as saying Dr Murray will most likely face a charge of involuntary manslaughter which requires proof of gross negligence.
Jackson died suddenly last June, aged 50, at his LA home while under the care of Dr Murray.
The pop superstar had been due to launch a series of concerts at London's 02 Arena just days later.
Miranda Sevcik, a spokeswoman for Dr Murray, and his lawyer, Edward Chernoff, said he has no comment.
Both insisted the doctor had not prescribed or administered anything that should have killed Michael Jackson, according to the Associated Press news agency.
Authorities have apparently also lined up medical expert witnesses who will testify about the normal standard of care expected in a situation such as Jackson's, the source told AP.

There is another thought when so many people believe that michael is alive, will he really return...? There would be no suprise, I think he might wait until most of the people believe that he is dead and then return. It is just a thought because I do not believe that he will return anymore!

Speaking of Conrad Murray, I was just checking out some other sites and I came across a post where someone has researched and found out that conrad murray's real name is Robert Earl Carter and he is maried to a DR. Murray and they have 2 daughters! Has anyone heard about this yet?? If this is true and from what I have checked on it seems to be, then Conrad Murray is not a DR, but his wife is and she checks out! Therefore Dr. Conrad Murray cannot be arrested for Michael's "death" So much info being released today...something big is going to happen and soon!!! :D

If you read the language of the article carefully, at least the one I read, it just states that a "source" said something was going to happen. In other words, no real word of any official. I swear there was an article like this months ago; it's as if the news outlet has to release some obligatory story about the Murray Death Investigation just to remind people in case anyone forgot, but there's no real news other than "Hey, remember this guy and what he did?".
I'll believe it when I see a press conference on television or see a real article with someone of stature issuing a legit statement with substance (ex. This proceeding will happen on this date, etc.)

I've just caught Geraldo on Fox News talking about Conrad Murray. Geraldo is saying the Associated Press is saying that CM will be charged with involuntary manslaughter. Geraldo is saying that a Jackson family insider is "complaining bitterly that the District Attorney is only seeking involuntary manslaughter". The LA County District Attorney deny this story according to Geraldo. The LA County DA is saying CM is not about to be indicted. So the AP court reporter Linda Deutsch's story is wrong according to the LA County DA. Also mentioned was that CM has retained well known Criminal Defense attorney J. Michael Flanagan. According to Geraldo the L.A.P.D. and the LA County District Attorney in LA County will arrest CM and put him before a preliminary hearing which is what they usually do there. By the way I'm in the UK and you can see Fox News on Sky ch 509.

Again, TMZ has the information first. Just like they announced he was dead 6 minutes before it was even confirmed by Jermaine! I find this to be odd.

Like someone else said I think it's all smoke and mirrors. I read about that today and I didn't feel any sadness about it. They were even saying that the indictment probably will happen behind close doors with the witnesses remaining anonymous. I read it on yahoo news today if anyone is interested. Sound like hoax to me. If I actually see Murray in handcuffs on his way to jail then yeah maybe I'll actually believe that MJ is dead but for now I don't.

True. It had been awful quiet with scarce amount of news about MJ. so what better mind blower than this?
Really I'm not too scared but when people (who believe Mj is gone) tell this news I almost feel pressured to like give in to them and say okay I believe Michael is gone. but I'm not convinced just yet of that.

I had a thought - the pole on the Chicago Tribune, I heard it has been removed now. But maybe it drew too much attention and Michael (and staff) realized that the "general" public suspects something and therefore they had to do something "drastic".
I'm not sure on which date the pole was started and when it was removed?
And as someone else also stated, too many people making inquiries at LAPD.

On Friday the Los Angeles prosecutor's office said it was still uncertain on whether to charge ‘Thriller’ singer Michael Jackson's doctor Dr Conrad Murray with a crime in the singer's sudden death which was caused by cardiac arrest last June.
A spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office said, "We have nothing pending. No decision has been made and nothing has been filed." She however denied commenting further.
TMZ. com, which is a celebrity website, on Friday, stated unconfirmed law enforcement sources informing that the final investigation was concluded in late December by the Los Angeles police. The cops would soon send the details to the Los Angeles district attorney to determine whether to file criminal charges or not. This would be done within weeks.
County coroner's office has ruled the death of 50-year-old Jackson as homicide by drug overdose Jackson.
Whether to charge Murray or not is being discussed since months now.
Murray's chief attorney, Ed Chernoff, said, "We have refused to comment on stories involving unnamed sources and will continue to do so.”

IMO all that Murray's indictment is just a "news laundry" (like money laundry). TMZ was the first (again) to tell this. Skynews put that info on their page too but they add "according to TMZ". I assume that there'll be another source of informatiom which wil refer to the Skynews, not TMZ because apparently Skynews is better situated on a media ladder than TMZ ... and so on and so forth. So we shouldn't be upset.

If Murray is going to jail, the news might be saying "for his own safety we were not told the name of the prison he is going into" while actually Murray will be hidden just like MJ. Just a thought.

Many, many people told me that he married Lisa to discredit Elvis, as many people really (who are older, and know much more about Elvis than i ever did), say that Elvis was very prejudice against blacks.
The statement he made,"Blacks are only good for shinning my shoes". So of all days he picks this day to one up Elvis.( Elvis's birthday). I never believed all of this before but now I really am starting to believe it.

LAPD won't confirm/deny reports of indictment until THEY announce them. That's not to say the anonymous source is false in what he is saying, just that LAPD are in charge, it's not gospel until you hear/see it from them. Like with the autopsy reports, much speculation and some apparent leaked material, but very little from the horse's mouth - the coroner. IMO this is not smoke and mirrors or a game people are playing, this is the LAPD saying 'We don't care if you heard it from a leaked source, you'll only know what's going on for sure when WE announce it'. The papers/media have nothing concrete to report on only chinese whispers. They know LAPD are in charge and giving very little away.....they are just impatient to get something in print. This doesn't mean the source is not telling the truth. It would make sense if they went for involuntary manslaughter - negligence. They can only charge him with what they can prove.

I'm not saying this to get a panic from yall instead i'm simply telling yall how I feel and basically asking if someone could comfort me on this one but I'm beginning to get a little bit worried about all this news of charges being made against Murray.
Geraldo spoke about it last night (satnight) i think. and I heard something about LAPD I guess looking at MJ's other doctors into the possibility of them having something to do June 25th.

I think that these news mean nothing more than that
a) they are buying more time for all those who need more time
b) they have said the investigation were complete hence next news was they are searching the security tapes thus
b1) they are calming some folks down distracting saying now quiet time is up
b2) they are giving clue to where they would be searching next
and meanwhile they are speeding investigations up not down and are investigating in a complete different direction.
All the above is my personal speculation.
Don't forget, media and news are not only in place for us but also used for many other purposes.
(I once used to place ads for my loved one in the newspaper I was certain he would read.
It worked out!)
Newspapers are not primarily meant to be distributing news.
Media do have a purpose. They are a means of getting people where you want them.
If you want to be really nice to yourself, switch TV off.

Well, i know it sounds like the Child Support video, but who is to say that they didn't film the trial already, on the same day maybe?
(Maybe all these news reports are part of the plan, Certain times release new things, and all the filming has been pre-prepared).

I wish I knew how to post the article itself and not just a link. Murray has supposedly hired J. Michael Flanagan to represent him, a lawyer who specializes in defending DUI cases (He defended Britney Spears). He also claims to have defended a nurse who wrongly administered Propofol. I am going to try to find out more about that case. Since when does a lawyer whose specialty is defending DUI cases come to defend a case like Murray's? This is all extremely fishy. Also, the spokesperson for Chernoff, Murray's main attorney in Houston, is the same one who when I last checked could only be reached through a personal earthlink e-mail account. This case is just too unbelievably strange, with the emphasis on unblelievably. Why is the only photo published with the article a posed picture of Murray supposedly returning to work in November. Why would Murray be posing for a news photo anyway? Why isn't he surrounded by TV cameras and microphones with reporters hell-bent on getting a statement? Every time I see breaking news on this case I am like WTF?

Well yes, they can't talk about Murray's manslaughter first and then ignore the man! That would really have raised nasty questions. Murray indicted, yes. But if they find him guilty of killing Michael Jackson, they will also have to give serious proof that Michael Jackson died and they have not done that yet. Didn't Murray go back to work, whatever that work was?
First someone is murdered, after that you produce the culprit. I would like to see the security tapes of the house, of the hospital and so much more. This was the world's most famous Star with millions of admirers and not some unknown John Do. I am sure Murray will be cleared--lack of evidence--. It took them over 6 months to indict Murray. Why? It was not as if there was a crowd of suspects in Michael's home, so what took them so long? They underestimate the hoax investigators here and these investigators stay on top of things, until they find the one and only truth, no matter how ugly that might be. So....hang on and don't panic.

Michael is brilliant. He's getting everyone's (the non believers) attention back on him. Does everyone remember his story of the snake and the mouse? I'm just amazed that there are people on the website who still aren't seeing the big picture even after all the clues and brilliant insights of all of the posters. His timing is impeccable and I know that he will get every millisecond of publicity out of this. I am very much enjoying the show from a front row seat. I feel very sad for all of those who have missed out.

OK when I hear the words Associated PRess I am like who is that? All of these sources. Why are they not naming the sources? What do they have to lose because we know every media source is not credible right? ALso back to the investigation and the length of the investigation. OK why in the world are they searching for more doctors. I mean no other doctors were there that day of Junet 25th except for Murray supposedley right? I mean if they find other doctors how in the world are they going to tie it into their case? I mean have they even seized records of any of the other doctors? I know they searched Klein, even the Nurse (hell she aint even a doc!) But do we know of any other docs records that was confiscated? I am like Murray is the only culprit ? Obviously they have no other docs in mind to arrest? that I know of. :shock: What more are they searching for? ]
