No he is a really BIG fan of michael Michael called him when chris turned 18 i though and he was gonna record a song with him but there agenda's didnt got along.
He also performed with him e few years ago dont know what its called ago(so many events in america:P)

when Michael turned 50, he did say he liked chris brown's work..I don't know if they are close though

Chris also did a thriller tribute to Mj at the 06 world music awards..it wasnt all that bad.
