Title: I can't create a new topic.

Hello all
I have a little problem. I was creating a new topic in the "This is It ~ Movie, Rehearsals, Trailers" part. Everything is fine until I click on "submit" : the "general error" page comes up  :?  
I've made a test and apparently I can create a new topic  here but not in the This is It section ... I don't understand why  ... Please help me :)

Don't know- put it in general and PM Mo or Souza and ask them to move it
