Title: Murray child support case -- is there a case number?
Post by: YourLoveIsMagical on January 05, 2010, 06:33:20 PM
Question for the group-- does anyone know if there is a case number or online record of Murray's child support case that TMZ reported on yesterday?  Trying to determine if it is real or staged... thanks for your help!

I asked that yesterday in this thread but no one knew.  I searched for hours Clark County courts, etc but found NO cases.  IMO, I think this is from Nov 16th fake court hearing & maybe TMZ just tweaked the color of his tie and removed the other guy who was sitting next to him....ok maybe I'm taking this too far and sound crazy.  If you find anything, let me know or PM me & we can discuss together.  http://michaeljacksonhoaxforum.com/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=248

I have to say, it does look like a staged photograph to me....

Im in the UK so i think the rules are different here.. in the UK no photographers are allowed in Courts of Law.  Any photographic or recording equipment is banned.  When any high profile court case is on the news they always show "artist impressions" of the case... basically artists go in and draw the scene.

It looks to me as if the photographer is in front of the bench where Murray is sitting.

Would that be allowed in the USA????

It's the same thing in Canada...

I don't understand why TMZ is allowed in court... I'm sure it's fake...

to be honest i think it is that the same here in the US because on the news they always have sketches of the court room scene...i aslo jus asked my step dad and he confirmed that since i am young and wanted 2 make sure that what i am posting is legit...so therfore this photo can probably be debunked because that is WAY illegal....i mean what would u need the camera for anyway, its like hey murry smile for the camera while ur pleding your case...CHEEESSEE!! lols :D

I found this TIME magazine article about cameras in courtrooms -- sometimes they are allowed, but not often.

A quote:
Most states that now let cameras into the courtroom require the permission of the prosecutor, the defendant and often the witnesses.

I doubt there's a case number. If you saw that picture zoomed in on the "money"

it had Rita Hayworth on it from Gilda.

Number 1, that of course is obviously fake money
Number 2, she was in This is It during smooth criminal
Number 3, in that scene Michael played Ballin, the guy who fakes his death.

It all connects.

In an article, I read that Murray's baby mama's name is Nenita Malibiran, and that her lawyers name is Julie Brown. If this is true then I wonder why the lawyer is the plaintiff in the above case?

There can't be a case number because there's no case.... Just knew as I found out ( and a few other persons) that the judge was already retired in 2008.....and then the money thing? Isn't it unsual that they're paying the money right there and to present on the table there in front of the lawyer? hmm

This whole money-thing is strange....Somebody zoomed in the money and it looks like it was Gildas Face ( Smooth Criminal Shortfilm in TII) was on it...

This whole thing was a fake to me
