Looks like a new Micael Jackson too me. Look at his hair, like he had when he was younger.
-But the face is like from age 50.
I dont think it was taken 2nd January 2010, just because it says so.

Yep.. He have done surgeries on his nose, builded by pieces of the ear. It was one of the last photos taken of Michael being in public..(alive)
It could ofcourse be a photoshopped, or bad angle taken so it seemed like he had done it.. But who knows.. Only the man himself, king of pop, Michael Jackson.

He looks great!! I agree that it does look like a new Michael Jackson and he does look older(50?), especially his face. Since he wears wigs, he can wear any length hair he wants too. But I can't say if this pciture was taken Jan 2nd 2010.
I wouldn't put it past Michael to leak a recent photo of himself to get peoples reactions. He knows most people believe that he's "dead", so people would think it's an old picture that someone photoshopped. Only us believers will investigate it. :lol:
You never know what Michael Jackson will do. It'll be interesting if someone can find the exact picture that was used to see if it was photoshopped! ;)

I have to say i have never seen this picture before and i dont recognise the clothing.
The person who has put it on flicker has no other photographs and joined in jan 2010... and they have copywrited this photograph.

I cant claim any glory... someone else posted it on a different thread asking about it and when i went into the link i noticed the add name and the date and i realised it looks like a recent photo.
Has me stumped for now.. notice the scar on his cheek as well as the hidden ear? :? I heard something about a scar on his cheek when someone was trying to hawk a (fake) autopsy photo a few months back.
MJ doesnt seem to be wearing much make up in this photo which is unusual too.

It is a hard one. I don't think it looks anything like the invincible cover picture, he looks much older then that era.
I don't know what to think. :? If it does turnout to be recent, we know that Michael IS alive, he is alive and looks great! I hope we can find out if it's recent or old! :?

I am a graphic designer..and I would say the picture doesn't seem photoshopped to me..or..if it is photoshooped,just for smoothing the surface,but not for adding or eliminating details.
I honestly think this could be the new Michael!!!

The more I look at the picture it MUST be a recent picture. He looks too old for the Dangerous/History/Invincable era. Question is, how recent is it and was it really taken Jan 2 2010? :?
I agree that he's not wearing much makeup, if he's wearing any at all. He always wears makeup in public to cover the vitiligo spots. so yes, it is unusual to see him not wearing a lot of makeup. :?

I noticed too that it doesn't seem to be photoshopped. I have zoomed in and tried to look for changes in pixilation but there are none to mention that I am seeing.

if you add some lighting to the pic, you get some kind of reverse eye of Invincible album cover - this time the right eye eyebrow&lashes seem dark... but it might be just the light i guess

I just zoomed in and there seems to be a little weird blurry line on his left eyelid also a white almost silver line on the left side of his neck before the jacket meets ... So maybe it is photoshop but then you see a few (under the skin) pimples on the chin and his scar so does not make sense to not smooth these out too.

Okay so I think there's a REALLY good chance this photo was taken after June 25, 2009. Lol. I've never seen it before. Michael does look like he did recently. I notice he's not smiling. =( He's serious. Hehe. His lips look like they do in TII. His hair looks more natural to me. It's stunning. And you guys, I'm sure you can't see his ear because his hair is covering it. But wait...remember that scene in TII where he says his ear hurts. Aww, baby. :cry: Yep, this is recent. And I doubt it's photo shopped. But oh mys goodness! Did anyone else notice that the right(left) side of his face is slightly darker and has flaws while the other side is clean and flawless. Could this mean something? It's black and white too. And the clothes look unfamiliar. He does look well rested though.

Like someone else said this was used by tnz...the thing that stands out 2 me is his scar on his cheek. I always see that scar when he's younger...so I know that's mike and that makes me happy...lol

I really think it is Michael on 2nd January when I compare these two pictures.. Only he's wearing a lot more make up on the 'Smooth Criminal' pic. He definitely looks like the Michael we all have seen in TII, if you forget the make up!

Out of almost 700 images of MJ on my computer, this is the closest that I could find to the picture in question and IMO this is obviously not it and not just due to the clothing and hand placement but age.

I don't know when this photo was taken, however I do know a person who tweets Michael Jackson quotes (very beautiful) has this pitchure. And I have been following him for a long time, this was definitely not taken on the 2nd Jan 2010.

Someone should post it on the MJJCommunity.com site (the normal one, not the one with multiple eyes). Someone there can usually identify any photo that is posted with a question of, "when was this taken?"

It's a History era photo that never came out 'til now...calm down people...there are plenty of pics that came out for the public after he died. i have some on my pc..and these are not on mjjpictures or steadylaughing...etc

Ok...someone confirmed(I dont know how it is "confirmed" yet) that this is leaked from HIStory era. Now in the latter part of HIStory ,his hair was bobbed like in "Childhood" and "You are not alone"...he also was a little fuller in the face...see Stranger in Moscow photo. This is a "Dangerous" era looking jacket and his face looks more weathered then in HIStory or Dangerous. I'm not saying its from this year,but I just wonder WHEN it was from because it doesnt look photoshopped to me.

You make some good points. It does look more like a Dangerous jacket. And he was thinner during the Dangerous tour. The picture doesn't look photoshopped at all. So....geez...idk.
I really think it's more recent too though because I don't remember Michael looking like this in the early 90's. Not at all. I just wish I could see him smile again.

mike was thick on the history tour so i have to disagree that this is from that era...im sure he keeps alot if not most of them jackets that he has..i think this is recent..just like with the "come together" picture mike didnt look 50ish damn near 16 years ago

I definetly believe though that his face in the photo looks older, more like his actual age. I am left with 2 possibilities.... 1ST This is a recent photo of Michael and someone is either trying to confuse us or send us a message...... 2ND There's an expert at photoshopping who posted this pic, who knows could have been working at it for months now... :?

I remember reading a thread on the old forum where there was a debate regarding a "Smooth Criminal" photo from TII and an older one. Someone pointed out that Michael was using some of the same jackets/costumes from his earlier days. Is it possible that this is another one of those recycled jackets/costumes and he was going to use this one as well on TII therefore making the possibility of this being a recent photo more probable? Considering the age difference in his face on this photo when compared to the History/Dangerous era, I think this is something that we should consider as well. JMO

Thank God i had seen this pic before otherwise i'd feel so down getting my hopes up for nothing. While i'm not trying to let anyone down, i have to say that i was quite surprised why this thread got sooo long, i mean how come is it possible so many members haven't seen this pic ever before??? This is not even a rare pic to me. I had this pic saved to my computer for a long time and i also saw this pic on the net often so IMO it's not even a "never seen before" pic. :|

Guys,the zipper looks weird,old,used and doesn't even go with the jacket,and it's stitched a bit "off" to the side,it must be some old picture,jacket has orignally no zipper,someone just "added" one using Photoshop

I just noticed something else when comparing the side by side of this picture with the one from the Dangerous/History era. Look at the shape of his eyebrows. Now compare them to the recent TII photo of the Smooth Criminal costume. They definitely more in line with the more recent photo IMO.

I am sorry but I am just not convinced that that image of Michael is from the 80's or 90's. To me it looks recent and it continues to haunt me every time I look at it. Something is so off and it is devoid of all emotion---and cold. I have never seen any pic. of MJ like this---it is striking, to say the least and in my opinion in contrast to the emotion portrayed in any other image of him. It gives me the chills and invokes a feeling as if he is a prisoner and painfully alone. It bothers me to no end.
I really hate to say it but it painfully reminds me of the pics of prisoners showed on the news of individuals kidnapped by extremist fanatics.

It's the same face that's on the TNZ Myspace page and the costume is from his performance in Brunei in 1996.

yes they did mention a scar, but it was supposed to be a big scar. Anyway, it was in the fake autopsy report.

Wow, I always loved this little scar and there are many pictures where you can see it. When Michael was a child that little dot looked darker and was really prominent in his face. I was always happy when I saw this scar through the years and with seeing it all those rumors about his face didn't get through to me at all. At least that little dot had its place on his cheek and never moved and never disappeared. I think it would have been easy for him to get rid of it but ... there it is.
The same with the scar on his lower lip *smile* that one is old, too. I think he once was beaten up at a gas station (I think I read that in a book: Taraborelli, maybe LaToya's book) He was beaten up badly in the late 70s or early 80s. This scar is not from cosmetic surgery, I'm sure. But because of that very scar his lips look so different from day to day, because sometimes the lipstick covers the scar and sometimes not, so sometimes his lips look full and sometimes they look thin. IMO he looks best like in that pic when he has little or no lipstick at all. I love it to see the details of his face so clear. Beautiful face! :D

I believe this to be a recent pic but I first saw it in late November/Early December 09 on TNZ's myspace page.They made it look like he had 6 or more sets of eyes so perhaps TNZ is connected somehow to get a new pic like this? :?
