Title: ***breaking news*** best evidence yet
Post by: badkolo on November 25, 2009, 09:31:19 PM

jermaine speaks , go to 2:10 and start there, he mentions the father who killed him self and how the kid has admitted he wasnt touched by michael and the father killed himself out of guilt. Michael is innocent and he also mentions obama, this leads to my theory of fixing his image and is the best evidence to date.

Hey Badkolo thanx for posting this here. I guess this is the message everyone was expecting Jermaine to give, during the conference. I totally agree with you about Michael's image being restored. As a matter of fact I don't think anyone had done much, to resurface the false allegations, until now.

My opinion, Jermain made these statements for a reason and I hope after his comments more awareness is brought to the issue so more people can be enlightened with the truth about the allegations of child molestation being false! Michael was hurt deeply IMO and it's only fair he gets the vindication he deserves! ;)

I agree that Michael's image is being restored.  More and more people are finding out that he really is the kindest soul to ever walk the face of this earth.
But what is the evidence that this is part of the hoax?  Or am misunderstanding your statement?

There is an agenda that must be completed before he can reappear. Thanks Badkolo for posting this.

2nd post because I have to add, we say a lot of things about Jermaine, and we poke a lot of fun, but this was a touching speech. He stood up there and spoke not only for Michael and Michael's reputation and legacy but also to America's youth. Jermaine has a positive message here and you can hear the love in his voice. Jermaine chose to speak out and give back and reach out. If one kid hears this and it speaks to them then it was worthwhile.

Please listen to what I have to say. Please read this entire post.

One thing we, yes WE, lose site of, the Jackson family came from very humble beginnings in Gary, Indiana. They truly are the American dream. A poor black family living in a tiny (TINY) house in the murder capital of the US, a derelect town, surrounded by gangs and violence and crime.... Joe shepherded that family to a better life, and if it wasn't for him.... for JOE, we may never have known Michael.

This is Michael's home in Gary. Think about this. Think about growing up here and what it took to become the Michael Jackson we know from these beginnings. Next time you diss Joe, and say hateful things about him, remember that he took his family from here to where they are now. There are 100 million Black families in America living in homes just like this one:

Michael's life could have easily taken a very different path. It happens every day. It happens more often then not. Those who have never been to Gary may never be able to understand. Michael's story is amazing. He came from poverty to rise to the greatest heights of a world icon. Not just a pop star but a global figure. And he never lost track of his roots, he never forgot to give back, he never turned his back on his community. He NEVER walked away and left it behind.

You can go to Gary but you better be careful. Google search it if you're unfamilier. Gary, Indiana is the murder capital of the country. If you are white your best advice is to not stop within the town limits. Not even at red lights. The police may pull you over for running the light but only to tell you the fastest route out of town. It is a dangerous place to be lost in. 50% of the town is abandoned and burned out. Derelect buildings rise to touch the horizon of a town that once was but will never be again. The average income of a Gary family is about $12,000 a YEAR. Crime is rampant. People are killed on the streets. Women are raped in the back alleys. Drugs are sold out in the open in parking lots. Homeless live in the many abandoned buildings. Don't venture outside of your vehicle unless it is to pay tribute to the King of Pop. People are poor and desperate. They live among burned out shells of homes and businesses because there simply is no money, nor will to clean them up. It is heart breaking. All this within site of the Sears Tower in bustling downtown Chicago. The town has been forgotten, discarded, and ignored. Why? Because the Blacks moved in and the Whites fled. They fled the town and took their money and influence and split and never looked back. Worse they sought revenge. Revenge by condemning the town politically and economically.

I urge everyone to research Gary. It is a nationwide shame.

Black America is in crisis. There is a systematic, imbedded culture of racism in this country. If the Jackson family had been white, I don't believe they would be subjected to the criticism that they are. I don't believe they would be the butt of cruel jokes and scrutinization of their every move and word. America loves to see a black man fall from grace. If the Jackson's had been a white family they would have been championed and held up as a shing example of what hard work and perseverance can accomplish. They would be reveared as heros and a model for the rest of us. Michael scraped out an existance for himself that was on top of the world. Is accomplishments, and that of the entire family made him a target in this country. Eyes need to be opened. We need to recognize the ugly truth. Racism is alive and well and it drives this entire campaign of hate against Michael. Racism drives the campaign of hate in this country. It touches all corners of life here, like a cancer. Even our President suffers it's affects. Racism is a disease and it threatens the future of the free world.

We need to make a change. Speak out against hate. Speak out against discrimination in all it's forms. You can do your part. One voice makes a difference. Sometimes one voice is all it takes to turn the tide of perception. Let it be yours.

I also want to mention, that when I went to Gary, Michael's home was like an oasis in a sea of distrust. I stood there, on his lawn and paid homage and felt surrounded by love and tollerance and acceptance. It was like color disappeared. Economic backround disappeared. People from all walks of life gathered and shared stories and memories. We cried on each other's shoulders. We reached out to each other as equals, brought together by the love of one man. I saw fear and distrust in people's eyes as they approached melt away once they regarded the house and the memorial that was placed there. It was magic. I was regarded as a friend and sister. We all became one family, for a moment.

But once I left, and sought to explore the town a little furher, delved deeper into the streets, fear took over. I was subjected to taunts and hate, screamed at by passing cars as I snapped photos of the infastructure and architecture. I could feel the suspicion and bitterness so deep you could taste it. Fear took over and I had to escape.

If you go to Gary, go in the daylight. Go directly to Michael's house. Other then 2300 Jackson Street, do NOT venture into the side streets. Do not leave the main drag. Only get out of your vehicle at Michael's house and posibly Broadway and where the tollway crosses over. Just don't do it. It is NOT safe, not even in the middle of the day. Not even in a group. You WILL be approached, and not in a positive manner.

Remember this is where our beloved Michael came from. Remember it is because of Joe that he got out of here, because of Joe he escaped Gary and it's economic trap. Many, too many young people are not so lucky, not only in Gary, but in a thousand small towns and villages and cities across the country.

Joe gave Michael a boost, Michael took the ball and ran with it.

I am as guilty as the next of forgetting this, and I WENT there. This post is as much a reminder to myself as to the entire hoax community. We can all do better to walk the walk.

Peace and Love this Thanksgiving to everyone. I am thankful for many things, not the least of which what Michael reminded me of.

This reminds of a thing Joe said in an interview. He was asked about the abbuse issue. He said something along the lines of Michael being still alive because of the displinairy way he raised the kids..and that the people Michael grew up with were no longer alive... :?  I was thinking..Uhmm Isn't Michael not one of those people that isn't with us anymore (for the non-believers anyway). Just another Joe slip up I guess.  :D

Without a strong father figure who remained focused and driven to improve the life of his family, to gather them all together and work as a team, Michael would not have had the values instilled in him to work hard and better himself, nor would he have had the support structure to launch himself from. Without Joe, Michael may have never been.

Michael is an amazing man, but he didn't get there alone. None of us do. It's people around us who love us and support us that allow us to spread our wings and become something. Never forget them. Family first. Biological or medaphorical, family is everything.

michael knew what to learn from people and what to ignore...he could tell right from wrong..it's his gift...
he sat down and listen and he turned his back on those who deceived him and ignored them...he's a strong and intelligent person...

Bec, I applaud you. Great post and thank you for trying to make people aware of the problems in this world, because this is not only a problem of Gary or the US.

I have been a little angry and upset the last few days because of certain things Mo and I bumped into, but I watched "The Jacksons, An American Dream" again yesterday, that luckily opened my eyes again about Joe. He did horrible things and would indeed never be Father Of The Year, but he also did something good. He stayed with Katherine when she got pregnant of Rebbie, while his dream was to move to California and become an entertainer or professional boxer. He worked double shifts so that his wife and children had some food on their plates and he took a risk with spending all their money on instruments, hoping it would pay out some day for them all.

He was hard on them, too hard in my opinion and I will never agree to the way he treated the kids, but he did get them out of there and prepared them for the life they would face. If Joe didn't push them to try harder, work harder and be the very very best, they would still be in Gary, or maybe not even alive and we would never have known them. Some people sadly do not have the power of the word to convince or stimulate others and use violence to get what they want or need.

Remember the interview with Geraldo in 2005. Mike clearly says his dad is a warrior and he resembles him in a lot of ways. They are both strong and he has forgiven him. He is who he is now because of him. "We are family, just know that" is a phrase from TII. LaToya mentions at the memorial that to Michael, family comes first, fans second. Family is important and Mike knows that too. Of course you can make jokes about them sometimes, but never forget what they had to go through to get where they are now. This goes for Mike, but also for his brothers and sisters, remember that. It was not presented to them on a silver plate, they all worked their asses off and faced the ugly things of this world. The least we can do, is show some respect.

As I do not agree with or respect the way Joe took to get there (I even got real problems with it), I do have the utmost respect for the goal he had in mind, trying to give his wife and children a better life. Just try to imagine you live with your wife and 9 children in a 2 bedroom house, working double shifts to support them and still have the energy to practise with the kids and save money for instruments.

Nothing is black & white, it never is and it should never be. Whether you come from Afrika, Norway, China or Venezuela, we all are human beings with feelings and opinions. We should all be free to air our opinions, without being silenced or judged because of our race, color, income or appearance. Everybody is equal, and Mike indeed never forgot where he came from. Sadly there were people that used his good heart against him and people who believed these lies and accusations. Those are the people that are screwing up this world, that will do anything for money and they are the biggest problem on this earth.

Mike is trying to make a change, but can't do it alone. So take a look at yourself and see in what way YOU can contribute. Not your neighbour, not you brother or sister, not that guy that crashed your car last week and ran off, because you can't change anyone but yourself...

****applaudes****

I just wanna say this. I was born in the suburbs of Detroit, MI in 1970 and although I was fortunate enough to have lived in a nice neighborhood, I can tell you from my own experience that you did NOT go to the City of Detroit alone...especially if you are white. I moved away in 1983 when I was 13 but that doesnt mean I didnt witness things at a young age. I remember being with my mom on Jefferson Ave in the middle of the day and we were at a stop light. We saw a white woman get car jacked ( the first time I heard the term "carjacking" was in the 70's). There were 2 guys and one took her car and the other dragged her out of the car and took her to an alley and raped her and beat her up really bad. I saw this with my own eyes. I dont remember why we were there but I remember my mom telling me not to look. I was scared to death. The whole time this was going on...with all the cars driving down this busy street, not ONE person tried to help. No one. We turned around and went home.
There were always cops on every street corner at all times of the day. Not one of them helped her either. And there were curfews at one point in downtown Detroit because of all the violence. And if you went to the city at night? Well, you were asking to get mugged, robbed, raped, shot, stabbed, or murdered. ESPECIALLY if you were white. So after awhile, it just became a given that whites stayed in their neighborhood and blacks stayed in theirs. This is where the term 8 Mile comes from. Youve all seen the movie with Eminem? 8 Mile rd is the divider in Detroit. Whites on one side and blacks on the other and you didnt cross that boundary...it still exists today.
It was a scary time in Detroit and I think it still is. But Im VERY proud to say I was born there. Im proud of my hometown and I always will be.
My point here is that I can relate bigtime to MJ and where he grew up. Although I didnt live in a violent neighborhood, I lived on the outskirts of it and heard about the goings on on a daily basis.....on the tv, radio, from friends...and have witnessed a few other things besides that carjacking/rape. One thing in particular sticks in my mind to this day which Id rather not get into. I know the kind of place MJ lived in. Its dangerous and everyday is a fight to stay alive. You would get shot multiple times just for $5, or for your shoes. If you owned a pair of nice sneakers, you had better wear them at home, cus if you were caught with a nice pair of sneaks, then you were going down. They dont care. I remember a man got stabbed 60 times just cus he had a gold stud in his ear. Another guy got killed cus he was eating a hamburger and someone wanted it..so they killed him over a hamburger.
Like Bec said about Gary, IN...the same stuff was happening in Detroit. You didnt even look at people or they would come to your car window with a gun in their hand. It was that bad. And worse.
So, I wanna commend Joe for working as hard as he did to give his family a better life. I try with all my strngth NOT to talk bad about the man, cus I know the kind of life he and his family had. I will admit Ive slipped a few times and said some things about him, but you have to give the man SOME credit. I dislike him for the way he treated his kids and Katherine, but overall, then man did the best he knew how. I really think Joe does have a good heart somewhere in his chest but he just doesnt know how to show it. But again, my saying this does not mean I condone his abuse of his children...in any way...but he did love them....all of them.

Thats all I have to say.

It's funny you are talking about this because I have always believed that Michael's childhood was pre-ordained.  This is an excerpt from a letter I sent to Mrs. Jackson on Michael's birthday.

                ******************************************************************************

..."Thinking about Michael’s childhood, I am reminded that he came from a family of nine children of which he was number seven.  Nine children were raised in a two-bedroom house.  But under that roof were children who possessed talents.  There were children in that house who were obedient.  There were children in that house who had spiritual guidance.  And in that special house with those special children lived one little boy for whom God had special plans. The one who would break the barriers, take the lead, change the world.  It was ordained.  The others would go on about their lives as wonderfully, fulfilled adults.  But one would go on alone, to do extraordinary things.   That one was Michael.  From the beginning it was obvious that his gifts were plenty.   The Bible sates that a child shall lead them.  Michael became a global leader.

People like to say that Michael’s childhood was scarred.  But I believe Michael was positioned in the right family at the right place at the right time to do as a conditioning for the work to be done.  Obedience and resilience is tantamount to greatness.  He didn’t have a childhood for a reason, because God had other plans for him.  How special is one who is forced to live his entire life as a virtual recluse, and still become the greatest, most revered human being in all the four corners of the earth?  How blessed is the one who when faced with these circumstances still has the strength and the courage the ability the will and the knowledge to conquer all that is necessary to build his own world inside a world of which he has never been a normal participant?  How rare is one who’s gifts afford him the opportunity to speak it and it be done?  That’s God’s work?  How gifted!  How marvelous!  Michael’s path in life was pre-destined long before he was born.  He was chosen.  Nothing of that magnitude happens by chance.  He was destined to do great things.  He was in his element when he was being creative.  He found solace in giving of himself all that he had gained from that creativity..."

I trully believe this as well. MJ WAS chosen...probably since the beginning of time and it was God's decision when and where to bless us with his presence. Michael Is a gift from God..

I really believe that as well, he was definitely chosen and he is one of the most special persons on this earth I've never seen anyone with such drive to heal the world he really is here to make everything right, he trully was sent down here to heal the world.

These posts are great. I'm glad I could do something to spark some conversation on the subject. I want Michael to know that despite everything, the investigations, the research, the gold pants chat, the fluff conversations that we have from time to time, that we ARE listening. We do HEAR his message.

As Souza said, we can only control our own actions and that's where change begins. One small step for man.... one giant leap for mankind.

I do want to say that I like this thread and I do agree with most of what everyone said but I just wanted to point some things out.

- I am not sure how the neighborhood in Gary, Indiana is. It is probably not the safest neighborhood. However, and I am not trying to offend anyone, that does not mean that it is a really bad neighborhood 24/7. I am very touchy on this subject because I grew up in a neighborhood that a lot of people would consider "unsafe" where in fact, it's not that bad at all. However, if someone were to drive by it at night, he or she may be scared, depending on who's out and what's going on and what prejudgments a person may have coming into the neighborhood. And it shows you how much the media can affect the way we perceive certain neighborhoods and certain groups of people. (I am not saying that this is what bec is doing at all but I want to make this point in general.) Typically, the news plays this up really well. They'll go on and on about all this crime happening in typically a low income neighborhood where the majority is usually Black but never report on the illegal activities that happen in the suburbs so there comes a mindset that the "ghetto"=to crime and mayhem and the suburbs=to safety and no crime when in reality, it's not that true. It's just that the crimes that happen in the suburbs do not get nearly as much airplay as the ones in the low income neighborhoods because they want to project a certain image of "minorities", especially Black people in America. And it almost becomes a perpetual cycle because some people in these low income neighborhoods begin to believe the image that is being projected and begin to feel powerless and hopeless when in fact, we are all VERY POWERFUL. We can all have the magnitude of greatness as MJ, even greater if we truly believe in our own power, which leads me to my next point.

- Michael is an extremely gifted artist. He was born with the musical gift that many would die to have. And those gifts came from God. However, I don't think it's fair to ourselves to say that he is a gift from God because he lived such a public life. We are all gifts from God. And we all have innate gifts that we were born to have and we all grow up in families that could possibly help bring out those gifts if we choose to. It's just that some of our gifts are not meant to be as public and that's okay. We are all special and vital to this society that we live in. I think the problem, in general, is that we limit ourselves by putting someone else on a pedestal. And I remember a posting that "BACK" (who some people perceive to be MJ or someone in the know)  had in regards to if there were any famous people on the board (MJJC) and he said "Everyone here is famous because they are all well known to somebody." (You can view it HERE: http://img260.imageshack.us/img260/729/ ... onmjjc.jpg (http://img260.imageshack.us/img260/729/famouspeopleonmjjc.jpg))  And I just loved that because it is so true. We are all human and we are all special.

i remember this also....he said he he hadnt been the way he was mike would have been on drugs or dead  that was when i thought he was dead and i was like wtf he was both...lol but now i see....

and i also dont think joe was the best dad ever but all his kids are alive, successful and all of there kids are doing good from what i understand...i honestly think joe did the best he knew how...he scared them strait....now things like scaring them and the mask through the window shit was 2 much but he knew he didnt want his kids in the streets and there not

I also believe this is about showing the world the man we never knew...my brother is 17, his whole life mike has been " wacko jacko" this and that so he never got to experiance him the way i did...and mike has too much pride to go out like that...i personally believe after the first accusations he started to feed into the rumors for the purpose of the hoax. The media made him a joke and there is nothing funny about what he has went through..i remember crying months ago thinking about how if would feel, being black, and having vitiligo..not just physical but mentally...having lupus, my dad died when he was 19 years old from lupus, horrible acne, i have acne and there days i dont want to work let alone if the world was watching me. but not just the physical but being accused of such horrible things, being called wacko jacko and all that other crap..basicly being treated like shit for no reason..Mike is going to make sure that the books tell HIStory and not the story they wanted to tell about him and im with him 1000000% words cant describe how strong he is because i would have probly killed myself years ago...honestly

Okay. So you're basically saying one of these two things:
Michael hoaxed his death and had Jordan's father killed, made it look like a sucide so he could clear his name
                                                   or
Michael hoaxed his death hoping that Jordan's father would feel gulity enough to kill himself so Michael could clear his name.

My thoughts:
First, not everyone knows that Jordan's father killed himself. Oddly enough, it did not get as much press as I thought it would. Second, I am about 50/50 that Michael hoaxed his death (although I am leaning more towards hoax) but I don't think Michael hoaxed his death to clear his name. We would have seen more "clues" towards that direction, not to mention I don't think Michael would have someone killed or would do something in hopes that this person may feel "guilty" and kill themselves. Third, I don't know what was going on in Jordan's father's head, but I SERIOUSLY doubt that he killed himself because of guilt. (I hate when some of you guys say that with so much confidence) If he felt gulity, then he would of not gone as far as he did in the first place. Or at the very least, he would have killed himself a long time ago, BEFORE Michael died. Jordan's father was just being as he had always been, selfish. He made Michael's life hell, while he lived on easy street, with people actually feeling sorry for him. As far as this being "proof" that Michael was innocent? Try telling that to the people who know about this news and happen to think that Michael was gulity. To them, this confirms that Michael was gulity. As one poster said on Youtube, "Poor man. I guess he didn't want to live in a world that praises a pedophile as a hero." While I do believe with my very being that Michael is or was innocent, this "proof" can obviously go both ways for some people. And finally, the fact that Jermaine would go and yammer his ugly mouth off like that, is evidence that he is just a dumbass, a user, and someone that cannot be trusted. He is one of the main reasons why I have my doubts that this is a hoax. It is obvious that he is just using Michael and trying to have his moment in the spotlight by appointed himself as the man who will uphold his brother's "legacy." So, to keep it short, this is NOT the best evidence yet. It is not even evidence. Sorry, but no cigar.

These are my thoughts :

                                              A FAMILY

Writing this truly breaks my heart,
The tendency to inevitably fall apart,
These thoughts are crowding in my mind,
Can't keep me silent, just pondering in the night.

Of how much caring did Michael receive,
From those people who make him believe,
The importance of who he is,
To them is just the common business deal.

With so much caring he willingly gives,
Being led to people who are thieves,
He kept going with those doubts in his mind,
But there are still people who were taught to be kind.

They don't care if it will cost him his pride,
The dignity maligned is just to prime,
The more feasible sense for the future,
Where security holds steady at their doors.

He knows that his family takes from him,
The value of his talents that he brings,
Understanding their whims and schemes,
On a pedestal his humility puts him..

They haven't learned from the stories Michael has told,
To people the truth to behold,
They're so dense to people who can sense,
Their control is never benevolent.

I hurt with the knowledge about them,
Taking advantage of his love and selflessnes,
They're always feeding on their egos,
The word FAMILY is a good justification of their shoes.

Unfair when they show such false face,
Of the value they give to each other,
They hide and ride on Michael's fame,
All dressed up for the merriment is so lame.

We all know that a family is important,
But to use as an excuse for abuse,
Is prevalent among those who are decadent,
The main reason why some feels forlorn.

Through all these, Michael knows he can't resist,
Their endless persistence brings to light at a glance,
To become a better person from who they are,
Will be the guidance to deal with others on a better ground.

It's too bad that some users call themselves "old" fans, while others are "new".  If there was one thing that Michael Jackson truly accomplished in his years on this Earth, it was his power to bring love and people together, of all ages.  I am an "old" fan, and I love the fact that MJ has several whole new generations of fans that truly know just how spectacular he really was.

Well not to condone it or anything but a lot of fans have fought for years to get the general public to see what a great person Michael really is. And nobody wanted to listen. They fought against the media and everything. Now that he is ''dead'' all of a sudden people realize how great he is. Which is great but I could see why some people can't help but feel a little bitter by it. I have to admit I felt like that for a while too. I remember like a year a go people would tell me why do you like that freak? and more of that nature..
Now I'm just happy to see so many people finally see what I have seen in him for several years  :) The more the better.

I congratulate Bec, Souza, The Jacksonnlogist and Hesouttamylife for their very good post, I really did not think that in America there are many social confilctos, the image that we sell is the "world's most perfect democracy," and that these things only happen in the barrios of Latin America.
Sap from very humble beginnings of Jackson, but did not know such a dangerous environment in which they lived. The truth MJ's life was never easy since childhood and later as an adult.
For years the media handed what I call "the most brutal beating and immoral" against anyone who has seen some, called pedophiles and crazy among other things, and they did great damage despite being acquitted, yet I I've talked to people who think that MJ was acquitted of charges of child abuse that had a lot of money.
Michael Jackson arrived where a black man ever entered. A black man without formal education becomes the most powerful man in the industry, despite the hatred and racism and the media.
Some people believe that MJ is a fragile and manipulable man, I believe there is a very intelligent man, a businessman who can not be manipulated, who knows a lot.
Racism and discrimination are everywhere, although there is racism here is not created, there is a grotesque racism, is low profile and very sneaky. "Like in a country where the majority are metiz?, Where everyone is a mixture of Indian, black with the immigration of Spanish (as in my case), Italian and Portuguese. In recent days I saw a documentary of an independent production company who spoke of raicsmo and discrimination in a noctunes centers, shopping centers east of Caracas. If you are fat, black or indigenous features has not allowed entry, invoking the "reserves the right of admission
I went to these nightclubs, with a few black friends, as well as other friends of Spanish descent (white and blond traits), and indeed, highly trained goalkeepers made excuses saying that my friends could not go by that they had proper clothing and was not by the color of their skin, but my friends and I were allowed entry even though we were dressed the same way.
Much of the racism he says, comments like these, there is no racism in Venezuela, all are welcome here, we are not like the Americans, who if they have marked differences, because our reality is clearly different from other countries suffering major ethnic conflicts. Think about it, do you know people who freely use the word black to describe someone (I'm doing). Often inplicacion is clear in the collective subconscious is recording the idea that being black is bad, worthless and undesirable, therefore describe someone using the word black is equal to offend.
If in their minds, conscious or unconscious, is convinced that is negative to be black, white, Indian, Jewish or belonging to any particular ethnic group, by definition, we are witnessing a racist. In reality the sum of Tiny things seemingly harmless, such as jokes, teasing and other expressions, are based on the premise that being (insert your race) is negative and undesirable. Therefore it is fueling the violation of a fundamental human right, non-racialism

Beautifully well said, we all have a purpose, and I always knew Michael was chosen
he has multiples on top of multiples of gifts, that God gave Him, but I feel that there is still more for him to do, and if he's not with us anymore, what he left behind will continue you on for years to come, there will never be another MJ, but there will be somebody else that God is gonna raise up! There will be many!

I agree with you (see highlighted words); however, I feel everyone of us is pre-destined to do great things on this Earth. Unfortunately, most of us miss our mark.  For Michael he has been "spot on" and true to his spirit. If Michael ever wondered why he was so revered and loved by so many people he must realize that he is simply ethereal. He is truly intriguing and mesmerizing; a true quality of character that so many of us aspire to.

As an aside, I must acknowledge the excellent writers who have posted here. I am amazed at the talent that some of you have and admit that it is truly a joy to come here and lose myself in your posts! All of you are spot on and sharing your true spirit with us. For that I thank you!  Keep on keeping on......because I am applauding all of you.

This is hands down one of the very best threads I have had the honor of reading! Thank you all for sharing your thoughts, your feelings, your dreams... it is truly touching! Look how Michael has brought us together, in love and in truth. I can't even express how happy I feel about this  :D ! I really think it's time for all to realize how beautiful and special we really are. We have to banish fear and replace it with our FAITH and with L.O.V.E! It takes courage but it it can be done. I love you all and GOD bless always!

I am not sure about that. He has a wife that wears $500 sneakers to a charity event and has 22 personal assistants to the tune of 2 million plus.

yeah shasta that is what the people against the president want you and all of us to focus on.....we have to remember that the first lady had a very profitable job way before Obama was a candidate so she can easily afford that....is not always gonna be on our part......and don´t forget about our former president bush....he traveled non stop so this is not only an Obama thing......i think the change is not because he is black but the change is because is about a president with current ideas that a lot of americans share...remember America is not only those people on polls or the ones that watch fox/cnn/msnbc/etc etc

and look at the price MJ paid

Yes! MJ paid a great price but what I admire most about him is that he never forgot his humble beginnings. Many concerts he did over the years all profits went to charity. There will never be another Michael Jackson King of Pop and humanitarian of such a vast magnitude. I just hope and pray that he is safe wherever he is located. Keep the Faith!

Well-----whatever color our creator gave us: tears shed by people are all the same kind of salty and all blood is red---until otherwise proven! We should never allow ourselve to be a racist, every individual has that power over him/herself. Emily Hutjes.

Good post 'bec'/Nov 26.  I for one thought that Michael Jackson of all Black Americans, would be immune from thinly veiled racism, but boy was I wrong!  I had not paid much attention to what was going on with him, because basically, I said he's Michael Jackson, the biggest celebrity, most well loved entertainer in the world; he does'nt need me, and besides, he's got all the support he needs.  He has 'transcended' race lol! uh, nope. Oh the horror.   Talk about a wake up call.

This is great in someways.  But as a Michael Jackson Fan, I already knew that he did not do what everyone in the world believe in the media.  His fans stood behind him 100 %.  My theory of all that has happen is the "If you are not there to see what actually happen in Michael home then you can say anything", get it.  How, can you pass judgement on someone if you were not there.  I am so happy that his name is being cleared of so much wrong done to him.  I cannot wait till he return.  I do beLIEve.

LOVE & PEACE

Michael is one of the best loved entertainers in the UK, and since I first got to know him in 1970, I have always thought of him as just Michael Jackson - not a black entertainer - colour has never come into the equation - he is just a fastastic showman, singer, entertainer - and a wonderful man.

Right!  And, quite frankly, color of skin has absolutely nothing to do with it.  And sadly too many people voted for color rather than quality.  But this is off topic for this forum.

This is proof, but I think even if Michael really were dead, Jermaine would have announced that. It's amazing that people are realizing how great Michael really is. And all of those old MJ fans who hate the new MJ fans need get over it! Would they rather have the new MJ fans be haters? It's a wonderful thing, and I think MJ has earned a lot more respect then he has had the past few years. And the best thing about it is he's still here to see that. :D

You are so right! I respect, admire, and have so much love for people who've been fans for years but some of them get a little too offensive when you tell them you became a fan AFTER he "died." Forgive me if I'm wrong, but wasn't that ONE of MJ's reasons for doing all of this? I mean, he's gained a whole new generation of fans. And young and old across the globe are starting to see how amazing Michael really is. I think that's great. I mean, would you criticize someone for becoming an Elvis fan today since he died years and years ago? <3

And these posts are fantastic. I've been reading them for the last half hour. We really do have so much hate, racism, violence, and ignorance/stupidity in this world. We must make a change within ourselves to be the very best person we can be. That way we can lead the rest of them. Shine your light, my friends. I love you all SOOO much. *Muah!*

Michael, honey I miss you dearly. Love you MORE! <3

How do you know older fans hate newer fans?  That is not a nice thing to say - I don't hate anyone and I've been a fan since 1970 - age should not be an issue (as colour should not be) - we are all MJ fans regardless of race, creed, colour or age.

Love,

I don't think she meant "older" as in age. And it's not really a hate issue. I know what she means because I've come across several people's profiles on youtube/myspace etc. where someone will disrespect of belittle newer Michael fans. They give them crap for becoming a fan only after he "died." They make statements like, "I've been there for him since I was in diapers." or, "While people like you turned their back on him, I was right here all along." People like me? That's not really fair to say. I NEVER thought Michael molested those kids. Was I a fan? No. But I didn't judge the man. I looked at him as a normal human being. And he is. It breaks my heart that my parents never listened to MJ's music while growing up. These fans who were fortunate enough to have Michael in their lives since the age of 1 etc. are very blessed. They need not make "people like me" feel bad for being blinded to Michael's beauty. And the fans that usually say these things are around my age. I'm 17. Thank you maturer fans out there for leading the way, teaching respect, and realizing that Michael gaining new fans isn't a bad thing. We were all chosen to be fans/participants in this. I realize that now. I feel special. Don't you? *Muah!*

Excellent thread.  And, let us not forget that for all of Joe's faults, especially in rearing a sensitive and angelic son, MJ himself has always reminded everyone that Joe never stole money from his wealthy children and never from Michael, the superstar. How many times do we hear about parents who steal from their child stars?   In fact, when Joe could no longer afford Hayvenhurst, he didn't ask Michael for the money to keep it, he asked Michael if Michael wanted to own it. Michael bought the home and renovated it. This made Joe the tenant.   There  is a level of respect here that I find remarkable and very understated.

Wonderful writings of Bec and Souza.

One thing I will add...
Dont think Gary-incidence happens only in US.Dont think human are divided in groups by colors of skin.
It does happen in Every country in this world.Human are divided by many methods worldwide.Ask me why?
its the addiction to power, addiction to rule which divides we,all the brothers and sisters in this world.Political party, media leads the world.

Micheal Jackson,is the person, who is not just a singer to us.He is the person, who gave us the courage to speak the right word.We need hundreds of such humanitarians.

I went to Russia few days ago,by incidence,I went to a near abandoned town. What a town it was,and now what has it been...murder,rape,prostitutes,drugs,alcohol...I dont want to say to bitter your mind what I saw...its not different from those has been described by Ben.

And women of this world? I bet, women were more safe in the stone age than they are today.
I believe in God strongly...but whenever I think of a murder,a rape...I cant make myself understand, what wrong these human did with God,that is they are paying for?

Micheal we need you...we know how much pain you are suffering...but we need you.
Heal the world,please,Micheal please.

wellwisherdoctor you are quite right in everything he says,In the circumstances we cannot say that a social class is more affected than another, the crisis of values found in all of them.Every day we see the most heinous crimes in this society, the proceeds of drug, alcohol, prostitution, parents against children and in turn children against parents. Sometimes I think and think and do to change these things and not ... this is nothing easy. It must be working together with people and their governments, but governments are most definitely not interested in other things when there are governments who are complicit in drug trafficking, a friend in this world that there is a crisis of values .  :geek:

Michael was an amazing performer and probably had a very kind soul. What does it matter if he was straight or gay?

What I find amazing is that shortly after we posted some information on our site which was given to us by an insider into the plot to discredit MJ in '93, which alluded to his homosexuality, the mainstream press (who at the time absolutely refused to touch our story), has now come out with statements and stories that MJ had secret relationships with women.

I think it's very important that we all take a look at ourselves and at our attitudes. If MJ was gay but couldn't come out because of his religious background and his fans' expectations, would we be willing to admit that our homophobia played a part in his demise?

I would like to share with you something i found today in the Queer Notes website. Now i don't agree with everything the author says in this article, but i found this part very thought-provoking:

Quote
Jackson lived a life in the closet. From a young age, he was victimized by racism and a father who beat him. He grew up black in a racist, anti-gay society, and gay in a homophobic black culture. He did not love or accept himself as gay or black. As he tried to change his physical appearance through damaging plastic surgery, he tried to cover up his true sexual identity by playing straight. He had to keep his true self secret, from his family and fans. He could not be himself. He found substitutes for a loving gay relationship with fans, female friends, and children (I don't think he was a pederast though). He could NOT be himself.

All of this would drive anybody off the deep end. Add on the pressures of fame, fortune, stardom, and his growing financial problems, and we can see the results...

What IF Michael Jackson had been allowed, or allowed himself, to be an out gay superstar, who could have a healthy loving relationship with another man? Would he still be alive?

To me it would make not one bit of difference if MJ were gay.  Why would it?  But what makes me believe that he was not gay is that it seemed to cause him so much anxiety when people  and tabloids publicly ridiculed  him  and called him a homosexual. And I'll always believe that he is  straight because I watched him in interviews  addressing this  and saying how upsetting it was to him.    I just choose to believe what he says about it.

He said so himself that he isn't gay.
Everybody believes what he said so himself then why not believe

To me it doesnt matter what he is, as long as he keeps on being
the beautiful person he is I'm ok with it  :)

I agree completely Missy...
To me, and in my experience with what I knew as the man MJ was, he was already attacked by the media enough to not necessary shy away from their "opinions" if he was gay. Especially in the mid 2000's.
As well, I know he had a deep enough love and appreciation for his fans, many MANY of which were homosexual, to 'out himself' he if he was.
I can not see a man who had such a fascination and very deep (at times immeasurable) connection to life, not just being gay if he was. He loved every 'type' of person enough to align himself whenever possible with any part of people-nature-etc that he could. He would Just Be Gay. He was enough (and is) of a Icon to be able to that.

I think it says a lot that even today, a man must fit some archaic mold a masculinity,-or otherwise be gay. Gay straight-hairy not hairy (lol) a man is a man from the heart of his character-nothing else.

If he was-more power to him-so what-          Same Music-Same Message-Same Man! ;)

Michael was a universal miracle.

He was very manly but sometimes very feminine.
He was black. And he was white.
He was timeless, yet so contemporary.
He was a child, but with a soul that seemed to have survived eternity.
He was timid and outspoken, easygoing but yet strict.
He was brutally sexy - at the same time innocent as a child.

Michael was each and everyone.
He incorporated all of our strengths, worries and feelings.
He carried mankind in his soul in a way that has never been experienced.

As time passes, people will come to terms with Michael being all of us, thereby uniting us through L.O.V.E.

Because Michael was and IS - The World.
For ever.

I am a writer for profession and yesterday I just felt like honouring Michael.
I am sick and tired of all the crap that media spreads.

If you want to use the text and post it elsewhere, please do so. People need to open their eyes and see what he REALLY was. And is.

He incorporated all of our strengths, worries and feelings.
He carried mankind in his soul in a way that has never been experienced.

As time passes, people will come to terms with Michael being all of us, thereby uniting us through L.O.V.E.

Because Michael was and IS - The World.
For ever.

Excellent post! You're absolutely right about everything you said here!

Uh, I don't know about that. Disagree on this one. :|

but why? These are very nice words

Well, everything else was nice.  I didn't disagree with the entire thing just the part about him being feminine. That was all.

ah okay :)

"This Is It Tour" has never had so much publicity as the BAM (coming soon). Bam was prepared for the entire This Is It (Tour and film); the game the experience, the show Cirque de Soleil's new music album, photo exhibition (blue eye), interviews with the children of Michael, the video library Vision and the film (announced) on Thriller 2 ...
This is a real return (come back)!

It wouldn't matter to me if he was gay in the slightest but would he really want us to be debating that here anyway?  I think the femininity thing is something that's been mentioned before as one of his different "personalities" if you believe that theory. Nothing wrong with having a feminine side, after all isn't that sensitivity part of the reason we all love him so much?  I wouldn't say he was a man who WASN'T in touch with his feminine side. And that's a good thing in my opinion. Not something to get offended about.

First of all, you are so beautiful! I pray to God more people would think and love like you.

I think I found a good charity for the African American urban communities in Gary, IN and surrounding areas in NW Indiana. Ill post it in charities for poverty.[/i]

Shyness does NOT = femininity. I personally love guys a little shy, because it's fun to make them blush ear to ear! ;))

RACISM IS A DISEASE! But the broken hearts from it, can be mended!

Growing up Biracial at a time when Blacks were looked upon as villains, it was so hard to understand it - because I saw NO DIFFERENCE! Being biracial, I've seen so many good and bad things, on both sides of the tracks. Light enough to attend all white school without incident, when little.

My sister got soooo jealous, no matter what we did together. Once she'd treat me like a literal slave, during play. I dumped her glass of ice water on her, and told her that her skinny white ass had nothing over mine - slavery had ended centuries ago. Never try and pull the race card on me again, or I'd kick her ass!

She and our momma were so jealous! But my daddy said they just both needed extra heapings of Love."

My sister still loves to play a horrible game, that whenever I give her jewelry - her favorite is whatever new piece I'm wearing. So, I've since learned to actually wear what I BOUGHT her. I then put momma's in the box. No one else buy's them jewelry, sigh.
