He seems to have no problem following someone who believes Michael hoaxed his death on twitter. He is following only one person. If they are friends, he would tell instead of making him wonder.

Why would he think we have a problem? Sounds as if he's way too sensitive to work for a coroner to me.

I know, he's been asked a lot about the case and probably some people don't mind to ask him diretly, if it is a hoax.
Of course, we acn't expect him to say "Yes, you're right. It's a hoax, but I can't tell you when he's gonna come back."
So, him making a statement about it is not strange, but - it's the ONLY official reaction to the hoax believers! Only newspapers/tabloids adressed this, saying all we were crazy. And now he's doing the same.
I'm sure, Craig Harvey is familiar with the media. He even posted a comment on how they twist everything.
So why doesn'T he make a STRAIGHT statement about it? Actually, he says NOTHING, just, that he doesn't know wat our problem is.
But he should know, what our problem is - even if it was NOT a hoax!
He should know about the contradicting stories, he should know about Michael's power and that people, who don't know exactly how everything works, would well assume, that Michael was the only one on earth, who'd be able to do it.

They seem to think that we're all hardcore Michael Jackson fans who are just in a state of denial. All we're doing is looking outside the box at things that don't add up. It's that simple.

dunno how.. my friend has some people on her fbook thats appears to be someone significant famous so to speak and they keep their things private.. so just cos this Craig Harvey has some famous people on it doesn't mean its not a fake!! am i right or wrong.. i dunno!! :roll:

I can answer that question only based on what I saw. There was a video of Michael's "body" leaving the hospital to head to the Coroner office. Ehum..well when they scoped his body to the van they practically throwed it on the stretcher with no force. That makes me wonder if that was indeed a mannequin and not a real body. This doesn’t mean that it’s a hoax, they could have done this to prevent the media circus and delude/misguide the several helicopters following.

I can't access his site, when I'm not logged in - don't know, if it's private - he just accepted my friend request.
It seems a legit account and I believe his twitter is legit, too.
And I agree, it'S really nprofessional and disrespectful.
But an important thing IMO, as this is the first public reaction to the hoax believers from a person, who's DIRECTLY involved.

They would definateley put his body in ice, and burry him. Or make a huge park just for Michael himself, but because he isn't dead they can't do it.. It would be waste of time, and would be back by then.
We havn't even seen his coffin after the funeral.. Probably sold back to the shop and said "Thanks for use."

not to anyone in particular, but i don't think it's a good idea to be pissed off at craig harvey for anything he's put on facebook or a tweet for that matter, it's already very good of him to have accepted HOAXERS on his websites and any bad mouthing of him may just result in him ignoring anyone and anything concerning the hoax itself, us included and of course if his accounts are legitimate at all and not some crazy ass fake!!!!!

He's really enjoying speaking about it, but not talking straight. If I contact a coroner, I want facts - not his feelings and perception.

Instead of beating around the bush, perhaps someone can simply ask him to reply "yes or no" - is Michael Jackson dead? I wouldn't even say did you "see the body"..because everyone has a body dead or alive. If he really died it wouldn't be confidential just to say he's dead, right? It would be the toxicology/autopsy reports or the ongoing investigation that would be the confidential aspect of it.
Then if he skirts around the answer to that simple yes or no question...then you wonder....

I totally agree someone should just ask him outright if MJ is deceased or not. Really what type of confidentiality is it going against ? NONE! If he can't give a yes or no answer then I guess.......he has something to hide? I mean if us hoaxers are getting under his skin there needs to be some type of closure!! We as MJ fans need closure. There were millions of us who loved him regardless of what the media has, is , or will do!! :( There is not a day that goes by that I dont think of MJ!!! Not one day that i dont listen to songs, or a song from MJ! So IMO if he cant give a straight answer then there you go... something is up!!! Because we saw James Brown's body! Elvis! Why not MJ? A person who had millions of fans? Comeon!! Clearly, they must see that we are not letting this go... now the only thing stopping me from letting go is the need for closure! So someone should give him a reply! What have we got to lose? I just don't think whoever is responding to these fan questions, could possibly be the Chief Coroner for LA. Doesn't he have some more important things to do -- like perform autopsies! Unless he's so high up there that he leaves all the dirty work to his underlings. If he were the real guy, a professional, he would be telling us to stop contacting him. This guy just doesn't get to the point, which has me saying hmmmmm...

Transpired meens hinted right? Or subtle clues right?? (I'm not a native speaker). Physical status (status means it is still changing like not stationar, physical status of a patiant or in biology, not used when refferd to a dead body).

i still can't comprehend why he won't give a definitive answer as to MJ's death status. Did you notice that he said once the hold was lifted which could be next week, next month, or next December. What is up with that. Why not just say next week, next month, next year, etc. What was his reason for listing a specific month or am I thinking way too much out of context?

True that! Plus I am sick, so sick of people always referring back to Elvis Presley and his hoax followers. Elvis did not die under the same circumstances as Michael supposedly died. Elvis did not have all kinds of bogus, unprofessional, done once, done twice, done three times, "official" documents floating around. Elvis did not have the media hounding him. Elvis was a drugged out, used up entertainer by the time he died. Sorry, but he was. My opinion. And dammit, Elvis did not have the same compassion for mother earth and all her inhabitants as Michael. Fact is fact. In my book, Elvis was great at what he did, but he certainly was no: MJ, MICHAEL JACKSON, KING OF POP, GLOBAL ICON, LEGEND, WORLD RECORD BREAKER, THRILLER, MOST LOVED HUMAN BEING ON THE PLANET, GENIUS...need I go on? Please, it is almost becoming an insult. I wish they would stop :roll:

A Coroner is a very well respected, educated and successful man. i just do not believe a Coroner would answer these emails at all.. never mind get into discussion about it.
His tone is also very suspect and i just have a wierd, uneasy feeling about this.
Just odd, guys... very odd.
