Here is one more wild claim that he is making!

He says that [male legend] is actually still alive and that he faked his own passing so that he could live a private life. He says he has been in contact with him, that he’s ready to make a comeback, and that he’s going to produce his album.

I've been wondering about Quincy's mental health of late with the stuff he came out with about Brando a letter box and other famous people.
While it would be amazing if this story was true or credible, I think Q's not a well man.
