As for why no one's been charged in 'Pac's death -- even though an inmate confessed in 2012 -- Suge's explanation is simple ... "Tupac's not dead!"

Didn't we all speculate some time back that Tupac would probably be the first of the 3 Kings to reappear?

A new website for a dead man.  Pretty macabre, don't you think? ;D

Does anyone else feel that we are getting very close?

But it is ILLEGAL for Americans to travel to Cuba!!!!  Now he'll never come back for fear of being arrested!!!

And didn't I hear that he  has an aunt Assata Shakur, a former Black Panther (read terrorist) who was wanted for murder but received asylum in Cuba back in the 70's.  She's a good friend of Fidel's.

There are official tours which receive the approval of the State Department.  But here is the official word on it:

Quote
The U.S. government has limited travel to Cuba since 1960, after Fidel Castro came to power. The American government has essentially limited sanctioned travel to journalists, academics, government officials, those with immediate family members living on the island and others licensed by the Treasury Department. In 2011, these rules were amended to allow all Americans to visit Cuba as long as they are taking part in a "people-to-people" tour. Independent travel to Cuba by Americans -- and specifically, spending money there -- remains prohibited, however.

Of course, people can bypass the restrictions by entering through Mexico or Canada, and since Cuba does not stamp your passport, but only an insert, a visit to Cuba is not evidenced when a US citizen re-enters.  Not that I would know anything about that.   ;D

ps.  Beyonce and Jay-Z paid a visit there a  few months ago as well.  Hmmm.....
