MICHAEL JACKSON'S ASSISTANT
I Paid MJ's Bills ...
And I Want My Money Back!

Michael Jackson's personal assistant covered a bunch of expenses while the King of Pop was living in Vegas.  Now, three years later, he's finally getting around to demanding payment.

Michael Amir Williams filed a creditor's claim with the Michael Jackson Estate, claiming he's still out $28,569.83.  Among the items listed -- an $11K power bill, a $13K vehicle lease and almost $1K in phone bills.

As for why he took so long to file the claim, it's a little unclear -- Jacko kicked the bucket back in June 2009 ... and most everyone else filed their claims years ago.  In fact, he may have missed the filing deadline by a long shot.

Williams also filed a class action suit (http://www.tmz.com/2012/11/13/this-is-it-michael-jackson-aeg-lawsuit-dr-conrad-murray/) against AEG recently ... which AEG didn't really appreciate (http://www.tmz.com/2012/11/14/aeg-michael-amir-williams-michael-jackson-assistant-lawsuit/).

This is a tricky one  :icon_e_geek:

Why file after the deadline? Claimants only have two years to file claims against a decedents estate.

...and he filed against AEG? (the family/Katherine also has a pending suit)  :suspect:

...are those closest to MJ "breaking ranks" and going for broke $$$.....or is it made to look that way? :icon_e_confused:

who's next...the nanny? the chef?  :ghsdf:

----->Is this a sign MJ is taking back control of the estate?

[...] Jacko kicked the bucket back in June 2009

---->"kick the bucket"="bucket list": A list of things to do before you die, comes from the term "kicked the bucket".

Yes good catch and what about the: "In fact, he may have missed the filing deadline by a long shot", it remains me the CM's filing deadline that was set on last Dec 21st.

I sometimes wonder if these money claims are a hint that MJ's employees are still being paid for current services.  If Michael were really dead than the former employees would've (most likely) filed for their money-owed within the first while, not over 3 1/2 years later.

Just like CM , we never heard anything about him before June 25th . If the guy is described as "MJ's personal assisstant " then he must have been very close to Michael, just like Frank Dileo once was . I recall La Toya talking about him in an interview pronouncing  him as one of MJ' bodyguards .. and if I remember well he was the one who informed the family about Thome firing all the staffs ... Now who's really this man ?
PS : To me ,  he's just playing his role in there !

This was posted 11/14/12  with regards to the AEG suit :ghsdf:
(not sure if it was posted elsewhere)

AEG to MJ's Assistant
How DARE You Sue Us!
You're a Disgrace

EXCLUSIVE
1114-michael-jackson-tmz

Michael Jackson's former assistant is delusional if he thinks he'll win his new lawsuit against AEG -- this according to the entertainment group, which tells TMZ, the guy's a disgrace to MJ's memory ... and doesn't have a legal leg to stand on.

TMZ broke the story, MJ's former assistant Michael Amir Williams has sued AEG, claiming he lost out on a massive paycheck because AEG negligently employed Dr. Conrad Murray for MJ's "This Is It" tour ... the doctor who eventually killed MJ with a fatal dose of Propofol.

But a rep for AEG tells us, "This lawsuit is clearly frivolous; it is literally barred by at least four different legal doctrines."

According to AEG, Williams doesn't have a case because he was never a beneficiary of MJ's contract with AEG Live ... nor can he legally bring a claim for MJ’s wrongful death.

The rep adds, "The idea that Mr. Williams purports to sue on behalf of the many persons who did enter into relationships with AEG Live and Jackson ... and with whom AEG Live parted ways with the utmost friendship and respect, is disgraceful."

As far as AEG is concerned, Williams' lawsuit is a desperate and shameless money grab ... nothing more ... and he's destined to lose in court.

"This is just the latest wrongful death lawsuit with someone hoping to profit from Michael Jackson’s tragic death in the same way they profited from his life."

MJ 'This Is It' Crew to AEG
You're Responsible
For What Dr. Murray Did

EXCLUSIVE

1113_michael-jackson_assistant_aeg_getty

Michael Jackson's personal assistant has filed a class action lawsuit against AEG, claiming he and the rest of the employees connected with the "This Is It" tour lost lots of money because the company negligently hired and supervised Dr. Conrad Murray.

Michael Amir Williams claims in his lawsuit, obtained by TMZ ... AEG agreed to pay MJ's staff up to $7.5 million for their services connected with the tour ... a tour that didn't take place because Dr. Conrad Murray pumped the singer with a fatal dose of Propofol.

Williams alleges AEG screwed up by failing to act responsibly by hiring Murray and then failing to properly manage or supervise him.

Williams is asking for unspecified damages.

I'm thinking the same, it does not seem logical, why have not claimed anything so far?  :abouttime:

Thank you for sharing this with us. Am I the only one who finds it strange that an assistant would have that much money (more money than the employer) to loan out? Grace was another who claimed to have paid bills on MJ's behalf. I just find that odd.

Also, doesn't this kind of feel like a parallel to Neverland and the employees not getting paid? How is it that AEG would agree to pay MJ's staff that much money? It seems to be more than they were getting paid (based on actions of Amir).  I think there is more to this.

I  remember reading somewhere....maybe it was the conversation with spiritual advisor June Gaitlin? when MJ said he didn't have any control over his money as Thome monitored everything and he couldn't write a check without Thome's OK. Then there is the question of auctioning off all MJ's possessions instigated by Thome....allegedly. I wonder if the fleet of cars were a part of this auction consignment originally?
The mysterious Dr [allegedly] Thome.
There is a court case looming at the end of this month between the Estate and Thome set for the 30th January I think. Should be a good case to watch and pick apart for information.

So is it that MJ moved to Las Vegas right after June 25, that TMZ is hinting at?  Joe lives there too.
For some reason my thoughts went back to MJ talking in the Bashir docu about the things he was buying in that extravagant store were going to, "the other house".  So where was that other house, since at that time he was living still at Neverland, or did he mean for Katherine at Encino?

What do we know so far about MJ's stay in Las Vegas? Any address?

The fact that he allegedly files this claim three years after MJs jump into the hide-out is not really of interest to me - I'm much more interested how an assistant - even MJs one - is able to bring up 28'000+ $ of his own pocket, when this was a very good annual income in the states around the time I was living in the states (late 94-97). Don't count me on that someone living in the States now can be more elaborative about that than me. Unless Amir was from a rich family I certainly doubt that he was even able to bring up that amount of money - even if in bits and parts.

I call it BS big time. No truth to it.

This house is just 2 or 3 miles from the McCarran Int. Airport...

Given the fact that the house has secret tunnels,.. Could this be the place where Michael was "hiding" after June 2009?
I'm thinking about Jermaine's "slip-up".

Thank you MJonmind! That´s what I was thinking.
I think they left it out deliberately.

IMO they did it to make people go ????? about the "now after three years".
Maybe somebody would pick up on this and think "wait a minute, 3 years ago MJ was already dead".

They could of course also be hinting at Las Vegas and MJ living there/staying there after June 25.

Or both  :icon_e_wink:

does this article validate the DWD theory/assisted suicide ?

to kick the bucket originates from suicide, when a person hangs himself by kicking the bucket.

I feel this has something to do with the patient killing himself, while conrad murray was out of the room (because according to Carolinian DWD is still illegal).

this is also related to Cm's decision of filing  the brief...(he wants to prove 'MJ' killed himself)

Hi Voiceforsilent, This story amazes me, they come out with juicy ones all the time. This hoax for me is entertaining, keeping us on our toes, saying "what's next"? They all want a piece of MJ somehow. This Amir person, feels to be on MJ side, meaning with the hoax. This article wanting money is part of the hoax, a clue and it's up to us to find out what it means. For the love of God I am trying but cannot know why this comes out after 3 yrs. Did you take the virtual tour?  Coincidentally two of the photos are tagged as 2FrontDay and 2FrontNight  :smiley-vault-misc-150: which probably doesn’t mean a thing.  Just thought it to be kind of timely. It even has a trophy giraffe room.  I can see Michael living there. Some parts of it reminds me a lot of Neverland. It is stunning!

Your welcome :)

Yes I took the virtual tour, I was like: "Wow!" when the pic of the Giraffe and all the other animals came.

About Frontday / FrontNight,...

I think it was www.frontdoor.com of something like that, where I also found this house hahaha.
But that's just coincidence I'm sure. But funny though!

Just google a bit on "7000 Tomiyasu Lane" I'm sure there are more photo's to see :)

Regarding Mr Williams I associate him most  with the guy who chased the CREAM!

You probably remember that he spoke about some cream that he went to retireve from MJ's home after MJ "passed"...

Well I checked out what Cream stands for in a slang dictionary and this is what I found: CREAM= Cash Rules Everything Around Me.

Now that is rather exciting- amd RELEVANT if we want to pursue the "follow the money" road....

Yes, Latoya said to follow the money. lol  When MJ was living at Neverland he said he only purchased things from money from leasing of the cows grazing on the land.  But surely his accountants or personal managers had access to his credit accounts to pay the many bills and salaries. They wouldn't have had to pay out of their own accounts. Seems ridiculous. The many monthly bills would be huge.

Yes Mary, sorta like when Kenny Ortega said at the memorial on 7/7/09, “we were right here a little less than a week ago and Michael was with us”, Haha and it was 12 days after his ‘death’!  I don't think writers at TMZ would be that sloppy, but know well their word games.

Jos, I’m wondering if a property can perpetually be up for sale, just to cover for the fact that someone bought it and is living there, that wants to remain secret.  All the ads could be from before the secret person took possession, even 10 years ago. Or is that totally illogical?

Bec, we've discussed that location Back said he lived at by Stardust. Interesting stuff indeed.

And if you will allow me a tiny off topic. LTTW mentions having a sister in Montreal; do you know if that can be connected to MJ's sisters ever?

Oh yeah! To those who continued the onslaught DAY after DAY...NIGHT after NIGHT, even resorting to "boob-tube talking-head" dribble-drabble, PRACTICALLY encouraging MJ to SELL, SELL, SELL, over a mishap regarding a couple hundred grand, I say your version of "I Have A Dream" receives no stars from this CRITIC. Mon, Dec 31, 2012

[ Owners of a London rug shop were in shock when Michael Jackson’s associates asked for a refund.

The late King of Pop passed away from acute Propofol intoxication in June 2009.

Before Michael’s death, the singer announced that he would be performing in an international concert tour called This Is It.

Michael purchased a rug worth $25,000 from The Rug Company, but apparently the fee for 12ft by 9ft silk and wool floor carpet has been refunded in full.

The store agreed to give the money back because the piece was untouched.

“Michael personally chose the rug so it would complement his concert dressing room. But the tour was scrapped,” a source told British newspaper The Sun.

“The rug was sold with a lifetime guarantee and as it was unused and in immaculate condition we paid a full refund.”

The opulent rug is now back on sale. ]

Looks like someone is "pulling the rug out" from under someone (so to speak).

Money is in the $potlight.

Question is where did the refund go?   :suspect:

You can't issue a refund to a "dead" guy,.... and the estate didn't pay for it, and would AEG really bother with something this trivial with a lawsuit pending against them?

.... So who are these "associates"? :icon_e_confused:

Funny that the items TMZ listed also equal $25,000.  "Among the items listed -- an $11K power bill, a $13K vehicle lease and almost $1K in phone bills."

my very first thought was how did this guy have that kind of money.  my second  thought is that i need to go back over this guys testimony to see how long he says he had been working for michael before june 25th.

Is this Amir guy the same as the Amir mentionned in some off video moments of the Bashir documentary?

About the rug, i just see in a belgian website that "members of mj's entourage have brought it back to the shop. Maybe the family? They don't say family though, but "people close to MJ" or "members of MJ entourage" (sorry if bad translation). (http://www.7sur7.be/7s7/fr/1771/Michael-Jackson/article/detail/1556316/2013/01/02/Un-tapis-de-Michael-Jackson-rembourse-trois-ans-apres-sa-mort.dhtml)
Is strange indeed that the shop accepts to refund someone else than Michael, and so late after the shopping.

I don't remember well, I just remember Michael telling something like "he's very loyal" which made me think he may have an important role around.

I sometimes wonder if these money claims are a hint that MJ's employees are still being paid for current services.  If Michael were really dead than the former employees would've (most likely) filed for their money-owed within the first while, not over 3 1/2 years later.

This is what I said earlier, this is just to let us know that this man is still under MJ employee and in hoax he got paid and still in payroll.

Of course they refunded what was paid for it new.  That was a steal.  Surely we will see it in some kind of auction with the notation that it once belonged to Michael Jackson and get many times more for it than they paid. That’s almost a guarantee.

Now that you mention it suspicious mind, wasn't there some story going around right after Michael "died" that he "hid" some money in the house? Supposedly the family was looking for it.  :icon_e_confused: At one point they thought it was hidden in a doll he kept on the bed, another time it was under a rug (or maybe rolled up into one)  :suspect:

....then Thome miraculously shows up with this "money" ($5 million) he was holding for the "estate". :icon_e_wink:

Funny how things come full circle....

Blessings

I completely agree... I'm sure MJ paid his employees well but they did not get million dollar salaries. An assistant would probably make anywhere between $50,000 to $100,000 a year. Normal people do not have 30 grand laying around to loan out.

Plus, I'm sure MJ could afford the $30,000 especially since his rent was $100,000 a month.

I feel as if we are seeing the money grabbers continuing to come out of the wood work...   :icon_twisted:

P.S. A one thousand dollar phone bill? Has anyone heard of unlimited calling plan? They have them for both cell phones and home phones... this whole story makes absolutely no sense.

Statute of limitations for claims against the estate was up over a year n half ago. 2 years from DOD if I'm not mistaken. Or is it 3? Edit- no I'm pretty sure it was 2 years- Regardless, time's up.
