Dr. Conrad Murray wants out of the pokey immediately while he appeals his conviction ... this according to court docs obtained by TMZ.
Murray -- who was found guilty of killing Michael Jackson -- has been in jail since he was convicted 13 months ago.
The Doc claims in the docs that he's not a flight risk ... partly because he has a small child who lives in L.A. Murray also says he doesn't pose a danger to the community, and believes he was wrongly convicted.
Dr. Murray has tried this before and was shut down, but he's entitled to make his case for freedom once again.

Who's to say he isn't guilty? The crime was "alleged" to be against Michael Jackson, but who's to say there wasn't an actual crime?
Perhaps this was part of the "agreement" between Murray and Michael.
Some people go to jail to eliminate debts (unpaid taxes, child support etc)
Some people go to jail to bring awareness to civil rights, human rights, social reform etc...(Gandhi, Martin Luther King Jr., Mandela, etc...)
There are tons of reasons to go to jail for a "crime" when there was "no crime".
Whatever the reason, I'm sure Murray knew well in advance what was required.
....remember, Murray was to make $150,000 a month while working for Michael....multiply that by 3 years and that is a lot of $$$ Not to mention what other perks he may be getting----> (back child support paid, house paid, back taxes, whatever....)
...all to sit in jail for 1 year? Heck, I'd take that deal! (especially if it was going to be known you were innocent when all is said and done!)
I'm just speculating of course, but it could be possible he had a lot to gain.

Exactly. There is no evidence that CM is actually in prison. Other than the fake trial and the media reporting it, we've got NOTHING to prove he spent a single day in jail!

Same for me, Sim! I do not believe that Dr. Murray has spent a single minute in the county jail. The trial, to me, was a total act. There was WAY too much going on in that room -- the various & changing props, the invalid California state seal, the incorrect dates, and the attorneys/judge seemed way too calm & rehearsed. :icon_cool:
The whole trial was like a made for tv movie. :icon_bounce:

If you look on some of his interviews he raises both eyebrows when he's being honest. That is not to say that when he is asked a question and doesn't he is lying, but I've noticed that most of the time he does it. Like in interviews.

I read somewhere that he touched his nose because Joe would tease him about his nose and that had a lasting effect on him, so that when he was embarrassed or self-conscious, he would instinctively touch his nose, regressing to the days when Joe would tease him about it.
I agree, and I've seen people I know personally touch their nose when they are self-conscious especially in public speaking. So I don't believe he's lying.

Yeah Michael was a shy person and I also noticed that when he was embarrassed he would look away from the camera, person he was talking to, or audience. Whether its for a second or for a minute or two. Also he covers his face. Some examples below. The last one is just Michael reading...because I like it and he's awesome.

Btw , I remember reading in a certain thread in here that CM also scratches his nose which led people to think / assume that he might be Michael hiding in plain sight ! I think Michael and CM both share some similar ways to express their feelings and all through their body language , but it doesn't necessarily mean that they are the same person .. For me , CM could be just following Michael's instructions , reading the scripts Michael wrote for him , and doing what he's told to do .. and yeah CM 's accent is NOT Grenadian at all .. He was totally faking his accent to make it sound creepy :icon_mrgreen:

Ok this is getting more into depth than I realized and if he's going to say that isn't it a crime to fake your own death, which means he'd go to jail. If this trial and everything around CM is real and he actually is being accused of murder.

Death With Dignity. It is a patient who is dying, and instead of dying unexpectedly in a hospital, they can end their lives voluntarily with lethal injections. Some people prefer this, because they will be able to pass away at the time they want to, perhaps surrounded by family and friends in the comfort of their own home. TS_Comments talked a lot about this, and suggested that a DWD patient was the person who died on June 25th in Michael's home.

I honestly thought today could have potentially been a bam day because of the fact that it is december 27th and just the notion of the numerology ideology would have brought me to that assertion. However, I have to take a step back and contemplate this all...because we have been expecting a BAM, But in reality...why do have a timetable set for a return? Isn't the foundation of this hoax built upon spontaneity coupled with an unprecedented amount of uncertainty? On june 25th, 2009...did we initially *expect* michael to initiate the greatest hoax of this generation? SO why then are we expecting michael to return on a certain date? Michael's unpredictable behavior could only indicate that he will bam when an unassuming eye least suspects...on a day in which many of will not believe he will bam on...
I apologize if this is wavering off topic...but having to observe all these oddities have caused me to think...if michael wanted to bam...would he really want us to pinpoint the exact day he would choose to bam? OR do you believe he will shock in the world...and even us hoax believers on a day none would expect?
Just food for thought.

I really think that Michael won't BAM in any of days we think or we suppose because the mere fact that we are ready for a BAM (in that day course) is something that Michael doesn't wish, i.e. he wanna shock the world "including us", my guess is that he might have aborted the BAM of these past days so if he is to BAM he will do it any time.

i personally think that our expectation of BAM has nothing to do with comeback. MJ has setup a date and he's gonna come back then...none of our emotions or expectations are going to influence it. There are people who expect a bam everyday, that wouldn't mean he's going to post-pone it infinitely, is it?
i feel our reason for surprise would be the way he bams...and not the day...
What all need to do is be patient.

Flashback: if we had known it was going to take 3.5+ years back in the summer of 2009 we never would have stuck around long enough to learn enough to truly believe. That's still the case. If you do this for a couple of months or even a year or two you won't learn enough for your own mind to be confident enough to believe given the duration of time and the ambiguity of the clues.

Well it seems to me that we all fell down the "rabbit hole!"
We have had here a "sea of tears" that became crowded with others that had been swept away with the hoax.
We have played a game that in many ways descended into chaos with some of the members here.

Ya some assumptions but hints from TS as well along the way. I remember thinking it might be certain dates before the year mark had even hit, and then thinking it might've been a year exactly too. The time needed wasn't forefront in my thoughts back then but I've adapted to it, lol. It's much easier to see the bigger picture in hindsight.

Maybe I just read into the numbers too much, but so far we have the story about CM on the 18th that is 15days until new years, and the story also draws attention to the 21st deadline...that's 12 days until new years, then 7days later was the next strange TMZ story about the DL, Christmas eve -we see Michael Joe Jackson's stare, and 7 days later is new years day.

I agree... I believe MJ will BAM is a huge way. This is how I picture it: New york City, New Years Eve... ball drops and then BAM an unexpected performance. That way it will be a huge shock for the world and so many will be able to witness it. That's my fantasy anyways... :icon_eek:

Let me put this all into perspective here for a second. Death is inevitable. It is the only certainty that is permanent. As we get older, we learn to cope with this inevitability. Although it has never been a pleasantry, generally, the average individual survives long enough to reach their fullest potential, having created a family to help to immortalize the family name. Then finally, when we have progressed enough into our lives, we disintegrate into the ground. Hopefully, we have existed long enough to have grandchildren and for the very fortunate, watch them grow to be young adults. Any living being that has once thrived on this earth, will cease to exist as long as life is a practicality. Although we contemplate our demise, and there is so much fascination dealing with the afterlife and what our fate entails, we will never be able to fully experience the mystery that has generated such wonderment...of course until we finally reach that ultimatum....however, that being said. How many of you constantly go around, marking your date of death? Sure, we know mortality can occur at any moment...but do we really profoundly look into our deaths, and say "oh I think I can expect to die on the 30th of December, so I might just call up the funeral home and make arraignments on that day." do we say...well I have a really horrific cold, and that can only mean the end for me. so i know i will die on the december 30th. of course not! heck, even when someone unfortunately decides to take their own lives, although they have set up a date for which to engage in such a act, they could still survive a suicide attempt. The point is, we all know the hoax is going on, just like we realize death is going to happen to all of us. You, me, and everybody on this earth who currently exists will eventually descend into obscurity, and will bathing in mother nature's aesthetic beauty. But do we really expect a general date to die? do we really look into every detail that intricately...and have this mentality to mark down possible dates of death? of course not. Exactly like this hoax. WE have absolutely no idea when michael will come back, we KNOW he will, hell it is inevitable...but to be honest, marking down michael's comeback bamsday is almost as silly is looking at a calendar and writing "this is a day where i'll die, im pretty sure."

Yeah except all the preponderance on "Time". Time is a common theme throughout the hoax and consider the repeated and final line in Speed Demon remix "I've got to be on Time". If you have to be on time the deadline is not flexible.
So why those hundreds of clues/hints about Dec 21st and 25, which has the purpose been? why so many family tweets about Christmas? about the beginning? This is crazy, really.

The possibility that a BAM could've happened anytime after June 25th has kept the hoax audience captive these last 3.5 years. Also, the "false flag" BAM dates will make the real BAM all the more thrilling and unexpected.

Now, as time has passed by (we are only at a few days "distance") and all other possible BAm-dates are eliminated...I think we can say that for us BAM isn't so much Unpredictable anymore. But that won't affect the outcome of Michael's return anyway, because for the rest of the world this will be a totally unpredictable complete SHOCK!

I honestly thought today could have potentially been a bam day because of the fact that it is december 27th and just the notion of the numerology ideology would have brought me to that assertion. However, I have to take a step back and contemplate this all...because we have been expecting a BAM, But in reality...why do have a timetable set for a return? Isn't the foundation of this hoax built upon spontaneity coupled with an unprecedented amount of uncertainty? On june 25th, 2009...did we initially *expect* michael to initiate the greatest hoax of this generation? SO why then are we expecting michael to return on a certain date? Michael's unpredictable behavior could only indicate that he will bam when an unassuming eye least suspects...on a day in which many of will not believe he will bam on...
I apologize if this is wavering off topic...but having to observe all these oddities have caused me to think...if michael wanted to bam...would he really want us to pinpoint the exact day he would choose to bam? OR do you believe he will shock in the world...and even us hoax believers on a day none would expect?

Well the Christian population of the world are waiting for Christ to come (as per bible prophecy) and take over earthly evil rule, and replace it with Holy Righteous rule. (If ur a believer in the bible)
Even, if you are not biblically inclined, my point is that the bible says regarding great day that "NO ONE KNOWS THE DATE OR THE HOUR" and that it will come as a "THEIF IN THE NIGHT" - Meaning, unpredictable. The angels in heaven (according to bible) don't even know the date....

The person in the picture is Michael Jackson. The only thing photoshopped is his nose, but other than that it looks like a recent picture to me. A picture of Michael Jackson alive after June 25, 2009 had to be taken so Michael Jackson can test the waters before He BAMS. Michael would not screw up by letting someone take his picture until he was ready. Michael needed a picture taken after June 25, 2009 showing him alive and released at the right time so people can see that he is alive.

that photo came from fanpop which is a website with fanclubs of almost every celebrity/tv show . This pic is uploaded in the Michael Jacson fan-club. and it's uploaded by a normal user, who's a fan and probably a non-believer :icon_lol:
it's not intentional though...a very poor quality pic, that's it.

The mouth is not right in this picture because the mouth is blurry. This picture was taken with a cell phone that is dirty and has a low quality camera attached to it.

While the "mmm mmm" (LOL) video is hoaxy, Pablo is aware of the hoax. He's aware some believers think he's MJ. He used to be a member on this forum. So the hoaxiness of his stuff is done on purpose, to generate views for his videos.

Well, 1/4/2010 was the date of Murray's child support hearing. 1/4/2011 was the first day of Murray's prelim trial (which lasted 7 days to 1/11/11). I have no notes on hand for 2012.
Just reading bec's post and it prompted me to look for news about Dr Murray around January 4th 2012...and it seems this was the date that news came out that Dr Murray's Californian medical license had been suspended:

However, I will be watching for any upcoming news about Dr M in the next week.

We know the family is all in on it. We didn't know that at the beginning.
We know the ambulance driver was in on it. We didn't know that originally either.
We know the ambulance footage is live and accurate in depicting what happened outside Carrolwood that day.
We know Murray's court case is scripted at least in part. We didn't know that for sure for a long time.
We know Ben the cameraman is in on it. We didn't know that either originally.
We know the ambulance pic is fake. We were not able to prove that for 2 years.

Another thing just crossed my mind is that should they publish people's phone numbers for the whole world to see? Normally they would block out private cell phone numbers. Otherwise they would be bombarded with phone calls from anyone and everyone. Nowadays people may change their cell phones, may be buy a newer model cell phone, but they always keep the same number. It is a very big hassle to let every one of your contacts know that your number has changed!

Actually you just made me think of something. There was that TMZ article saying that Williams was paying MJ's bills when they were in Vegas, including a phone bill. http://www.tmz.com/2013/01/06/michael-jackson-assistant-creditors-claim/ Maybe this practice continued at Carolwood or MJ had certain things under other people's names, like a cell phone, so it couldn't be traced to him. Like the aliases he supposedly used at pharmacies. You never know, maybe Murray was calling somebody else. And all the calls are pretty short (look at the timings), if there was something secret going on at the house on June 25th (which there obviously was), a cell phone ringing could be a signal to other key players in the house/on the scene.

Andrea I feel the same way about those short phone calls. There was not enough time for any real convo so they must have been signals of some sort.

Yes agree, but that doesn't mean that hand is Michael's hand because it's not.
