Tito Jackson is backing out of the plot to turn Katherine Jackson against the Michael Jackson Estate ... he tells TMZ he wants nothing to do with it.
Tito says, "I completely retract my signature from the July 17th letter sent to the Executors of my brother Michael's estate and repudiate all the claims made against them."
He adds, "I don't want any part of that letter whatsoever."
The letter Tito is referencing was signed by Jermaine, Janet, Rebbie and Randy ... and accused the executors of failing at their job and stressing out their mother, Katherine Jackson, so badly that she suffered a "mini-stroke."
We broke the story ... Tito's son, TJ, is preparing legal docs so he can ask a judge to become the temporary guardian of Michael's 3 kids.
We're also told Jackie is having second thoughts about the plot to overthrow the Estate.

Well, Tito will probably benefit from backing out, especilly if his son becomes guardian over MJ's children.
It depends on how u look at things...
But if that is really what the children wants so be it.

Just saw a clip of Tito with Jackie and Marlon on the Insider that someone tweeted. Marlon was the only one being vocal though.

I dont know who to believe exept for Paris Jackson...
That family have been through enough why cant they just leave them alone whoever they are.

Do they not know Rebbie's number to call and confirm that Katherine is with her? Why doesn't Rebbie go on the record?

They need to bring the estate into court someway. They must have something else on them... I'm thinking this is MJ's way of getting control away from the estate, back to family and himself ...? There is an evil guy in this story, AEG lawsuit is coming up, and possibly Katherine really isn't well.

Wasn't there a picture floating around a few days ago of the signature page to the letter without Tito's signature on it? And I thought Jackie was one of the ones who didn't sign the letter? So is he reconsidering and thinking about signing it?

i remember taborelli saying when talking about the trial that most of the media didn't know one of them from the other , that is probably still the case.
