I think it's Michael too, although I miss that raw edge on the voice that you can hear so clearly in Behind the Mask. This song needs that edge. The song is ok, not really blowing my mind though. Not sure if that's because of the song itself or the production though. Will have to listen to it a few more times.

Regarding She's Outta My Life: Live performances always sound different.
I really believe all of them are Williams.
I know what you are saying concerning someone sounding just like Michael. I don´t like it either but it´s not the first time that this has happend.
It´s annoying. We take offence probably because it seems to diminish the excellence and uniqueness of Michael´s voice.
Which is, in fact, not true! Nobody could ever touch his greatness.

Marcus J Williams.......The video clip of him singing "live" in NYC of She's Outta My Life" isn't live, imo. Synch isn't authentic and microphone distance from mouth vs sound produced doesn't match. Supposed to be June 25 2011. I looked up Kininay Producations that supposedly produced that-- result was a potential facebook page that says something like hasn't been entered....yet.
Seems hoaxy to me....Love the "sacred of the moon" track----has this guy been around for awhile or has he just emerged on You Tube?

Hey hey hey guys, I don't want you to get crazy, listen in my last post I said it sound like Michael is collaborating in that song because if you listen to "The tides will turn" on Grace's link seems like there are 2 different songs overlaid so in one of those 2 songs Michael is singing so pls. try to listen to it first, but when I listened to the song Diggyon posted again I don't hear any trace of Michael.
Thank you Mary for posting that Marcus. J. Williams video, that evidence that Michael doesn't sing that song.
However in the rest of Grace's link Michael is singing in every song. :icon_geek:

Ok I was finally able to listen to it... ahh, I'm undecided! It does sound like him, but a bit different. Actually, I do think it's Michael singing, there's enough there that is recognizable and undeniable, in my opinion.

Okay - I just listened to the video and for me I don't believe it's Michael either. It's a good impression but definitely lacks the heart where Michael lives in the song. JMO.
Also listened to the songs on the link provided by Grace - thank you Grace!!! Those are MJ and I could listen to those all day. What is interesting is that one of the songs is from the Michael CD and wasn't it one that people questioned whether it was him? I'm talking about "Keep Your Head Up".
Listened to some of videos that Mary posted and he's good but not as good as the one he's trying to imitate - however, I think Michael would be very proud of him.
This is just my humble opinion and I could be wrong. I'm sure, like everything else, we will one day find out what this is all about.

his voice is different to his other work, but not becuase it not him. without understanding music at all, i think it's to do with the ways its rendered / recorded / etc. dont know. but know its MJ.

There's absolutely nothing about him prior to 2010...and yes, I know he is only young...but I guess there will be a lot more controversy since MJ has disappeared.
Next idea I have is..........Remember how MJ said he wanted lots of children and from all over the world....could it be another possibility that they are his own children??? Just saying.

Okay, here is my theory,
it sounds crazy I know. May be this is all made by Michael to create controversy. In that video 2good2btrue posted this guy sounds exactly like MJ. I have never seen anyone in my life who sounds like another one unless they are twin brothers or relatives. Even those who try to imitate other singers don't sound 100% like them, there is always a slight difference. So may be this guy was lip singing in this video. As 2good mentioned, there is nothing mentioned about him before, so in my opinion he's MJ made. And let's not forget the good old rule: Don't believe what you see. And also: Nothing is as it may seem.

I've found more personal stuff about this guy Marcus...he is a real person and seems to be really into audio gear stuff and fascinated with Michael Jackson..
He started singing when he was 9yo. Theres a blog he has posted on, and started topics...He has posted 75 times...He seems very curious about Michael Jacksons microphones used for This is It !!!

I have no interest at all in ever purchasing a soundalike's MJ music. Don't care if his voice is a dead ringer to MJ's. It's more to Michael's appeal than just the music. It's the total package. No one can ever measure up to that. Imitators and impersonators apparently come a dime a dozen. But the real deal, that's once in a lifetime.

Although, I like the song & the lyrics, I have my doubts whether it is MJ or not because I realize music tech stuff can make soundalike voices similar to MJ's voice.... anyways, inspite of the speculations whether it is/or isn't Michael's voice on the "Michael" album, I listen to it a lot.

No way, listen carefully..... and so and so on ! ! This never happened before June 25th, 2009. Now suddenly so many singers sound like Michael Jackson! Is this a coincidence or is it intended ?? I think, maybe there are 2 singers in his songs? Sometimes you can hear the norweigian accent clearly and sometimes it sounds just like MJ -i think it is made for purpose to confuse us all.

This reminds me of a song that spread so fast in the Islamic world a couple of days after Michael "allegedly" died. It's called: Give thanks to Allah (God).
Again, the same controversy was created here and everyone in the Islamic world could almost swear to God that Michael is the singer. But again, the real singer appeared and claimed to be the original singer.
It's a nice song with both Arabic and English texts. The Arabic text is a translation of the English text.
