David Walgren, the L.A. County Deputy District Attorney who put away Dr. Conrad Murray ... has thrown his hat in the ring to become an L.A. County Superior Court judge.
Walgren -- who is considered one of the best prosecutors in L.A. County -- has submitted an application to the Governor's office.
Sources connected with the process tell TMZ ... Walgren's application is being taken "very seriously."
If you place a bet that Governor Jerry Brown will send Walgren shopping for a black robe, your money is probably safe.

If he's voted in by the public he shouldn't have any problem because he has become a household name........all because of our beloved Michael.
I thought he did a great job at the trial but I was wondering throughout if it was a real trial with real lawyers. I guess the answer to that must be yes. I'm left wondering too, like 2good2btrue, if this is a good thing.
I guess the next thing is that the judge will try to go on national TV like Judge Judy.

Is there a reason why they have elephants in a court room in america,only as i wrote on another thread,I heard someone say,like a pink elephant in a court room,cant remember where now.
