The Michael Jackson Estate just got the ok from a judge to sell the Hayvenhurst mansion which Michael and the rest of the family called home for decades, and buy another home for Katherine and MJs kids.

But here's the thing. We've learned the Estate doesn't want to sell Hayvenhurst -- at least for now, because it's being extensively renovated. But the Estate now has the green light to proceed whenever it chooses.

And the judge made another order -- allowing the executors to put $30 million in the Jackson Family Trust for the benefit of Katherine, Michael's kids, and his charities.

Branca & Co. have managed to turn a huge negative into the black within such a short time period! No matter what your personal feelings, they've been paying off debts, and taking out the trash!

Mrs. Jackson decided not to sell, & had already pulled the petition. I do believe it was all, ahem, to get some stragglers out who refused to leave. Ergo, why not just move out for a year or two, get all the termite damage fixed, and get some much needed remodeling? Plumbing in Earthquake Country is always messed up, btw. Plus, large trees always growing their feeder roots into the main sewer drains *sigh* Always gotta get a root cutter once a year for that kind of thing.

"HAYVENHURST IS NOT BEING SOLD. I can assure you that Mother's position remains the same and I'm told the Estate is honoring her strong wishes.

As I understand it, what has happened is a technical requirement where a judge has approved the right to sell in the theoretical event that Mother changes her mind. But, for as long as her advisors have her interests and wishes at heart, she won't.

I hope the Estate releases a statement to reassure the fans and end all ambiguity about the sacrosanct nature of Hayvenhurst's long-term future. "
