IS AEG liable for the actions and omissions of their employee - Dr Murray

1. was he an employee
2.If so was he employed by AEG or MJ
3. If not was he self employed
4. What level of insurance did he have for such an important client?
5. With there a potential conflict in interest, how can AEG or their associates and employees comment - Potential litigation?

We can only answer these questions based on the information that is available online, but we don't know what's true and what isn't. So, if we assume it's true, then here are my answers.

1. Murray was not an employee. For tax purposes, he would more likely be considered an independent contractor.

2. Not an employee of MJ or AEG, as reasoned above.

3. Yes, self-employed.

4. No matter what he was, it was not his responsibility to insure MJ.

5. I don't understand your last question, so can't answer it.

All service providers have public liability insurance.

If AEG have some duty of care, then why are they so involved post "death", there is a link between them and DR Murray, so associated responsibility?
