Look at his hands. And, hers. The fingers are telling you something: body fat index is FINE! If he were truly skeletal, they'd be bony,
and they're NOT! I've seen bony hands - on an anorexic. They tend to layer sweaters, so you can't see their ribcages.
He and his girlfriend are simply dressing alike to be cute!
He only looks tired, perhaps. ;))

Gotta tell you: I've seen my brunette friends in their 30s & 40s still model, and ace the blonds who smoke to stay thin, and barbecue themselves in the tanning beds.

I never smoked in my life, so I don't know the case too much. But as far as I heard, smoking makes you stay thin but it doesn't make you lose more weight. I don't know how long Mac has been smoking but this is the first time I see him this skinny. I hope it is just about smoking which is not healthy still. :-\

Macaulay is different, the last time I saw him was on the funeral of Mike.

The first pic of him is from march 2010, thats whats on the bottom of the pic.
But the other ones with his girlfriend or friend, he doesn't look healthy as what he used to look. He actually reminds me of Jeff Conway, which recently was another BIG PHARMA VICTIM.
Something doesn't look right with him.

I hope he is doing alright! Everytime I hear about Mac I think of the part from private home movies when Michael was like "he is the most reckless driver oh my god" :lol: & when they were throwing stink bombs on the set of black or white :mrgreen:
On another note, I hate how every article about Mac has something about MJ in it. How was the last part relative to the topic at all..? :roll:

Maybe it's just the way the press presented him. The media has such a profound impact on the way they distinguish there celebrities. one minute they appear to be fine the next they look like colossal disaster. just look at whitney. those pictures showed her looking a little inebriated before the grammy's, but otherwise i didn't see her looking deathly ill.
also it shouldn't be a cause for a concern. we all have photos in which we look far from photogenic. perhaps this was one of them for Mac. he looks emaciated, thats obvious, but has always been this way?

Me too...its like with MJ and Whitney first the statements made about how long they have to live and their health, than...BAM...gone....lets hope that's not the pattern here.

He just doesn't look healthy. You can see his ribs all the way up to his neck. Drinking Red Bull doesn't help either. But something just doesn't look right with his looks. He actually looks under the influence of "something". Yes, he does look like a man now instead of a kid, but just doesn't look like the picture of health.
I know many smokers, & looks don't always change. Some smokers I know, age pretty damn good.
Alcohol would take more a toll of looks than anything. Alcohol affects EVERY ORGAN IN THE BODY.
Which other drugs legal or illegal affect certain organs IN the body. But alcohol above all is the killer of every organ inside and out.
I sure hope it's not a picture of what's to come later...
