Hey guys.. submitted a ? to tmz live again (as I do everyday). I asked about the Joe vs. Joseph question and making the will or death certificate invalid (since Harvey is a lawyer I thought it was a good question to ask). Anyway basically he said that for minor differences such as that, it would not make it invalid as long as you can prove it was the same person.. i dunno have we found evidence to the contrary?

I guess it's true. I asked my boyfriend (who is a lawyer) same question. Got a similar answer.
Then he asked me what it was all about I told him, he :roll: so I haven't really asked him anything else.

This simply confirms what I've believed all along...Joe vs Joseph is not important and not a clue.

LOL..when he stops :roll: could you please ask him another question? I have yet to get a definitive answer regarding whether it is illegal and punishable to fake one's death. Can your lawyer boyfriend shed some light on that from a legal standpoint?

I noticed he avoided answering about a death though, he only said about the "will" and you have to prove person of the "will" is that of the person on the birth cert.

BUT IF YOUR LIFE WAS IN DANGER THIS MIGHT MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE FBI FILES HOW MANY THREATS WAS THERE TO MJS LIFE ;)

ok so i was thinking that maybe his DC POSSIBLY be invalid because they are not done wth the investigation??? just a thought i am just throwing all possible answers out there...even if it doesnt swing in our favor :(...but thats what mother said was it could be invalid because they were not done with the investigation...and then she called me crazy for thinking he was still alive lol i just laughed and told her to just wait and see :lol:

Yes, I got answers from 5 lawyers - and they said exactly the same, which I posted here and many times on MJHD.
But most people seem to overread things, that don't fit in the hoax or destroy a clue... :roll:
It would only make a difference, if there was actually a dead body and it was NOT Michael's.

I have to say that I feel that the authorities are behind MJ in these measures and are protecting him and his family. For me, this entire scenario has been too well orchestrated and drawn out to be reality. I can only hope that the issues are being swiftly rectified and that MJ and the family remain safe.

well for the money to be handed over you have to proove that the person in question is deceased i.e the death cert.

well for the money to be handed over you have to proove that the person in question is deceased i.e the death cert.
IF YOU TAKE OUT A POLICY YOU CAN CASH IT YOURSELF THATS WHAT I MEANT MAYBE MJ CASHED IT BEFORE

I heard that he cashed in his policy before he died ...?
