Title: who is this MJ "twin"

came across this guy...He looks bigger than MJ in height and weight but diet and exercise could take care of that... Who is he?  In TII, wasn't there one point where MJ sings for the camera (close up off stage) in a different language?  Spanish maybe?  And when he is playing with the equipment...the part where he is talking very deep, he sounds like he has an accent...am I hearing things?  Could be this guy?  Just a thought...[youtube:1ai5e4da]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NWyE5KW-QqI[/youtube:1ai5e4da]

I think his name is Freddie. he is brazilian.
