Thank you for posting this video. It's good to see this again. Why does it take someone "dying" in order for people to acknowledge these things? Certainly, he could (and should) have come forward with these beliefs at the time of the documentary. It supports my thoughts that he was promoted to create the documentary in that fashion.
I am glad he did finally say something - let's hope people took it to heart.

He's not confessing he lied. He's just reinstating facts the way they have always been. MJ was innocent then and now. A true confession would be to say "I apologize for any untruths I may have told at the time"...or whatever...has he forgotten what he said on that MJ documentary? That he himself, Mr. Bashir would never let kids get near Michael? So he didn't out and out say that Michael was a child molester...but a well known reputable journalist says something, and he should be accountable for how it is said, what is said between the lines...I do so hope that when it is time for Michael to make his reappearance God willing - that Mr. Bashir will not be the first in line to smile and ask for his hand to be shaken...I do hope he will not assume that a "Welcome back Michael, good to see you!" is gonna clear things up that easily for him...

I wonder how Mike felt when he heard Bashir confessed. And although I cannot stomach this guy or anyone like him, I am still happy that he said this. He din't have to say anything, but he did.
One of my favorite qualities about Michael is that he is ALWAYS willing to forgive. So am I. Life is too short for grudges.
But scorpionchik, I agree that he is a moron :lol: I just hope he sees his evil ways before its too late.

As for the "apologize" , I didn't hear any, the only thing I heard was him saying ( I don't remember the exact words) "I am a basterd, I made Michael's life a living hell by making this documentary and telling all kinds of untrue stories, just to get my paycheck .. " So uhm I would like to say this to Bashir: SC**W you ... put your "excuse" somewhere where the sun doesn't shine ( you know where, that one place where all your BS comes from.. ) argue/ , and I think I will keep the rest of my opinion in my head ;)
