Title: follow the yellow..

What was it? Follow the yellow?? Sorry I forgot!!  :oops:  Do we already know what it means?
I just looked on Itunes to the songs of the wizard of oz and I saw the song: follow the yellow brick road and Then i was like, do we already know what it means? :) So that's why the post ;)

I just had a random ass thought which has probably been discussed before but I'm gonna say it anyways.

Liza Minnelli is Judy Garland's (Dorothy) daughter.

Maybe this follow the yellow brick road stuff is supposed to be pointing us to Liza Minnelli.  :o

The Wizard of Oz was on TV several times this past weekend.  Those flying monkeys still creep me out!

To "follow the yellow brick road" (to Emerald city) can also have a metaphorical meaning in a sense a "go where the money (golden brick = gold nuggets) goes".

There used to be an intriguing essay on a political/philophical interpretation / exegesis of "The Wizard of Oz" in one of the forums (unfortunately I don`t remember where ...).

But I think that is what Dave Dave might have had in mind ...
